Went there on a very very busy rugby night. Had great atmosphere. Had chips and calamari and some ice cream sundaes they were under the pump so it took a while but tasted good when they arrived. Cheap drinks, great night. Wish I had the fish - it looked great going past us- next time!

We've eaten here 3 times in the last couple of months. Our first visit our dive trip was cancelled due to bad weather and we ate here when we rescheduled our trip. Food is reasonably priced and very nice.

Lucky us - we were turned away from Schnapper Rock and the pizza place so decided to go for fish and chips. Friendly service, fab food, excellent value for money and able to sit outside overlooking the marina. Highly recommend for a good feed!

This is the best fish in town. Tutukaka is a very small town, and there are not a lot of choices. But the fish here is some of the best I've ever had. After eating here one night, we were looking forward to coming back the next day. Cost is reasonable, too.

Had the takeaway fish and it was delicious. Great service from counter staff. Very friendly lady. We will be back as ambience is lovely and right by the Marina.

Went here as Tutukaka was experiencing the tail end of a tropical storm, as a result it was very quiet, so not much atmosphere.
The fish was really tasty and an excellent portion, and the drinks were reasonably priced for New Zealand.

Been to the facility a few times and this time we needed a quick and easy take away. Rang up and ready to go within 15 minutes. All we needed, nice fish and chips.

We are frequent visitors to the place, and their meals are lovely. I usually always opt for the awesome Steak meal - and they cook it just perfectly! Thank you. We will be back!

Went as a family with the intention of having dinner, but left after a drink. The woman behind the bar was so rude; clearly did not want to serve us. The sign on the door says that everyone is welcome, however that's not how she made us feel. I had read earlier review of this nature, but took them with a grain of salt - they were completely accurate. Bar snacks down the road at What were awesome and the waiter was really friendly.

We came across this by chance, and how licky were we.
Three brothers on there first ever holiday, and we found this place to sit, have a quiet drink, talk, play pool, and have a good meal. We were welcomed by both the staff and the locals, who wanted to come up and talk to the strangers. They all made us feel welcome. Thanks

Such a shame that these people dont know good food because they could do so well and have returning customers. All it is is fried crap done really badly. I ordered the tempura prawns and they were the cheapest looking frozen prawns with this weird hard batter that i have never seen before you couldn't get worse honestly and they were $20. Left my plate as it was after trying one bite from the prawn absolute waste of food and money. Fried food can be great but this was cheap and nasty and totally over priced.
