Ordered pork belly salad, pottle of fries and pulled beef taco. "Asian dressing" on salad was soy and lots of it. Had some candied nuts which were very sweet. The worst part of the salad was the carrot peelings rather than julienned or sticks. Because...of all the soy the peelings were discoloured and looked like they had been pulled out of the scraps bin. Beef taco very plain with no spice and frankly a bit light on the meat. Decent size but consistent of a tortilla and mostly lettuce. Suggest a more generous amount of beef would be fairer for $20. Chips were good. Nice staff and quick efficient service.More

Good selection of cabinet food and on the menu. Menu had interesting and quite diverse dishes. I had the mushroom dish which sounded quite exotic but sadly I was a bit disappointed. I had imagined big juicy portobello mushrooms but instead got little boring button...mushrooms and there were too many roast potatoes in the dish used to fill the plate it seemed. The baking was very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.More

Great coffee in the small town. It was a nice atmosphere in the cafe, plenty of magazines to read there was seating outside which on a nice day would be great. Easy to find on a corner in the middle of town.

Very disappointing, pork salad was swimming in soy sauce, pork was hard, beef salad, beef was burnt, all in all I would not recommend this place, staff were avoidant when suggestions for the menu were made, not possible for instance to just have a bread roll with...salad, coffee was all milk, sad because this was supposed to be a great Christmas gatheringMore

Met friends for lunch 24 th November. Staff were amazing, as was the food. Very friendly atmosphere, spotlessly clean and inviting. Very worth a visit. Food was wonderful and very well priced.

We are on a driving holiday and stopped in for lunch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. Our choices were the roasted vegetable salad and the seafood chowder. Both were heartily approved of. Recommend this cafe if you are...in Oxford.More

It’s great to support local especially during times like these, but it’s a little disappointing when you are charged $6.50 for a coffee or a hot chocolate! We also sampled the carrot cake for a Mother’s Day treat and unfortunately was really underwhelming. It was...dense and quite dry. With this experience and pricing we would be unlikely to returnMore

We drove in to Oxford from our campground at Ashley Gorge for some shopping and stopped for lunch at Cafe51 on the recommendation of the campsite owner. What a great find! The menu is interesting, varied and fairly priced. We sat outside and enjoyed watching...the world go by. Food was so good, that e made a point of stopping on our way out of Oxford a couple f days later, to grab a take-away lunch to eat on our journey.More
