Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really enjoyed a lunch break at the midpoint of our cycle day Napier -> Red bridge->Napier. Fantastic toasted filled Turkish bread and coffee. Choc caramel slice also good.

We were biking the Hawkes Bay trails and recommended to stop at this roadside container cafe. A very tiny sized decaf coffee was $6.50. Two scones and one coffee cost us $23. The girl had a scowl on her face and obviously wasnt happy in...her job. Dont rate it, but the next place we stopped at on the bike trail was fantastic. Wouldnt visit again.More

We spent a lovely hour at this little cafe. Just a container but with great coffee and a good range of sweet things and surrounded by the verdant Hawkes Bay countryside. Lots of happy people and not a mask to be seen! Stop in if...you're on your way to Ocean Beach.More

This place is a haven. Set in the midst of the beautiful Hawkes Bay, Redbridge is the perfect place to enjoy nature while meeting up with friends and family. Great coffee and the best brownies. All topped off with fabulous service. Highly recommend!

We stopped in after a visit to Ocean Beach. Never been there before. The staff were so friendly and dog lovers, so our little Bella was afforded a royal welcome. We ordered coffee and carrot cake and we were so blown away with how good...our treat was. Also was so nice to be treated like human beings. We’ll be back for more.More

Great atmosphere lovely food and perfect coffee. What a great little business. We've been here on motorbikes, there's lots of parking. It's also dog friendly and they are non discriminatory. No passports needed as all seating is outdoors in the fresh air with plenty of...room between tables. We appreciate their signage.More

Great coffee. Lovely environment. Pity they are so intentionally slack regarding covid precautions. For immune comprised people, better to avoid this place.

Always a great spot for a good coffee. Out in the country on the corner of a bridge and intersection this is one of the best places for a coffee.

My young adult daughter and I stopped here and we were so happy we did. Awesome service by super friendly staff, awesome hot drinks; my daughter had a cappuchino and I had a golden latte with macademia milk; delicious GF DF snacks; we had a...different flavoured friand each, and great background music. The cafe even serves puppachinos and we saw a very happy dog enjoying one. My daughter and I sat at a table outside in the sun and agreed this was a wonderful place to stop. Highly recommend to all age groups; we will definitely return on our next visit to the area.More

Red bridge Coffee is located quite a bit outside Havelock North, but it is on a lovely spot and the Hawthorne Coffee they serve is good. It is a place to go to when the weather is good. It is based in a container. But...the outside area is well set up. Even when all the seats are occupied, the grassy area can be used to sit and enjoy the coffee. I had a cookie with my coffee and that was good too. If I would live in the neighborhood, this would be really one of my to go to place.More
