Wood fired pizza was amazing. The selection was great and they were able to get two pizzas on the table and still have room to eat.

Excellent food, service (thanks Steve!) and ambiance. Easy to make reservation in Open Table. Bison burger with hot potato salad and local IPA (Tokyo Drift) was amazing! Steve’s wonderful service made it perfection. Enjoy!

We shared the Bison Tomahawk, a bison steak for two, which I would highly recommend. Meat was cooked as requested (medium rare), juicy and delicious and was served with vegetables and a kale salad. The accompanying vegetables provide a necessary balance; the roasted new potatoes...were gorgeous and the carrots cooked perfectly. seated with a view of downtown banff it only got better. appy was seared scallops and crispy pork belly so good we thought we were in digby nova scotia. i had lamb chops with veggies cooked to perfection and the wife had seared bison tenderloin...as good as it ever could be. meal was cheap compared to the food . now my favorite banff eateryMore

Nick M knows his menu and helped navigate the choices. Bison is obviously the restaurant’s mark of distinction. Nick insisted that the burger would be memorable. That’s a tall order given the plethora of burgers and their claim to fame yet he insisted again that...I would not only not be satisfied but would find their burger a memorable dining experience. As soon as we walked in I thought I was going to die from the heat!! Ordered the bison ragu appetizer for my meal and it was very similar to gnochi but very rich and very filling.
