A delicious sweet treat and easy location to pop in and grab one. They were made hot and fresh. I had the maple one and it was fantastic. Make sure you grab a couple extra napkins!

A delicious, crispy yet fluffy sugary treat to give you that uplift after a long day of walking around the mountains and town. The Maple Crunch was so yummy! Lots of variety to choose from, many combinations to create and all for a good price....The only downside was the loud music making it difficult for us and the server to understand what we wanted easily, especially with face masks… we eventually sorted it out though!More

Though there are other things on the menu, I've only ever had the Beaver Tails here. This is essentially baked dough with various preset toppings put on it (hazel nut spread, chocolate, bananas, apples, marshmallow, strawberry jam, maple sugar, ... etc.). The beavertail was freshly...made with a generous amount of toppings. I had the BrWOWnie this time. Super delicious and was ready in a few minutes (and 1/4 of your daily calorie in-take!). Fast courteous service. A little expensive for a bit of dough and toppings (but then everything else is expensive in Banff)More

Mediocre service, average Beavertails. Nothing special about this location. Just what you expect from 5his franchise.

Is there anything better than a eating fresh, hot, beavertail while sitting along Banff's pedestrian promenade?

Beaver tails are dough and sugar in fried oil...bunch of toppings if you wish...the only thing I will say is that it is really weird to have the napkins come inside the sleeve with the beaver tail...maybe that's to make it easier to hold if...hot? But like, they aren't usable as napkins once they have gotten beaver tail on them but you can grab a bunch from the dispenser...it just seems needlessly wasteful.More
