Friday April 23rd I bought a Baguette & loaf of sourdough Bread Today I went to make a sandwich with the baguette burnt black on the bottom. it was in a bag in the basket unable to see the burnt bottom any one can burn...something but to still sell it covered up by the bag hiding the Baguette with the Burnt Black Bottom is crooked I have enjoyed items I bought and meals when you could eat inside But Never ever again the Shania Twain song that says tell me it is good even when "I burn it black" It is OK in a song but I don't want burnt black bread I buy BradenMore

Busy place, long line up when we went but for good reason, very good food. Had a wrap and cookie. Would definitely go back.

As a family we’ve been on a little road trip travelling across canada with the end destination of Vancouver, we’ve stopped at many bakeries and coffee shops along the way but this one definitely stands out. We had a simple order of some coffees, hot...chocolates, muffins and cookies and were absolutely loving every bit of it. It might have been the beautiful sunny day and the fresh scenery of Banff or maybe just the super fresh items we got. Either way thank you very much!More

Stopped for a quick lunch on Friday and was treated to some good tomato soup, a hot sandwich and a big cookie. Everything was tasty and we enjoy the quietness of off-Banff-Avenue. The staff were quick to take our order and the food was served...hot. Appreciate the extra care during COVID.More

The Baking is delicious. The banana bread, moist and great banana flavour. The muffins are terrific. The sour dough bread is fresh and some of the best I’ve ever tasted.

Almond croissant. That's all I'll say. I can say a lot about these croissants. Such as, I am now physically unable to walk past Wild Flour bakery without blacking out - when I come to again, I'm walking out the door armed with a croissant....Seriously, I don't know what they put in these. Insanely addictive. I would give my right arm for a lifetime supply of these things. Heck - take both my big toes too.More

We arrived in Banff at 10pm - my first time in Canada! 🇨🇦 As it was late and we had an early start (morning walk at Johnston Canyon) we decided to get some sleep and have a big breakfast. Breakfast at the Wild Flour was...100% worth the wait! When we left our hotel (The Mount Royal) for breakfast, my partner and some of the locals all started laughing at me! I was completely spellbound by the snow! I’d never seen so much snow before, and there were visible snowflakes!!!! ❄️ We eventually got me moving the c.5 mins walk to Wild Flour with the promise of coffee. The coffee shop was warm and we were welcomed by smiling staff and the smell of the bakery. The guy on the till was an Ozzy (always a good sign for coffee!) and he recommend the breakfast sandwich if we wanted a feed. We ended up ordering a flat white and mocha (both the perfect temperature and the coffee tasted nutty- brilliant), a freshly baked muffin and a scone (the smell was too enticing) and the breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was freshly baked sourdough, baked egg frittata with herbs, red onions, peppers and cheddar. It was MASSIVE. I wish I took a photo but we demolished it! The staff and locals were more than happy to give us advise for our trip. One regular even had a raccoon hat and informed us he was a former Ranger. He kindly took 5 mins to tell us about the towns history. Brilliant little coffee shop, clean facilities, fantastic food and coffee- highly recommend it!More

The chocolate croissants were so good, we had to go back for them two days in a row! The coffee was also excellent.

Each day we were there they had a limited selection of sandwiches on their fabulous bread. They appeared to have a choice of three. They always had a vegetarian offering too.
