Famous and classy restaurant in the middle of Mexico City's historic centre. It offers a good variety of mexican traditional dishes as well as some international options. It can be packed with tourists sometimes. It is a bit overpriced if compared to others good restaurants...More

We started with excellent margaritas, shared the cuatro cositas which would have been more than enough for one person and had a very tasty mixed fruit tart that was fresh and flakey. Our waitress was pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Many varieties of Mexican food, very popular with families in weekends. A few good options, others not so much so (I ordered a mixed plate to try four Mexican dishes, which was dry of visibly overheating in the microwave). Staff not serious when asked for...More

A talented 11 piece mariachi band fill the room with singing and guitar playing. The servers, all women, wore white with giant white bows in their dark hair. We had the chicken mole which was delicious and vegetarian enchiladas. The food was tasty, but quite...More

Went at 12 noon, busy, got the last table. Interesting, historic interior with murals, arches and high ceilings. Table arrangement OK, chairs not very comfortable. Extensive Mexican themed menu. Service functional, English spoken and in the menu. Wanted a light lunch so tried the Torta...More

I think they perform at night, the best thing to do is to call the restaurant and ask.

Either you'll have to be very very lucky to find a table by the windows, or you'll have to handsomely, and/or very discretely, "tip" the folks at the hosting station. Good luck!
