My favourite place for coffee in Centro, as it is a true espresso base rather than drip. The americano coffee is nice and frothy, and it has a wonderful flavor.
The food here is fantastic - the French Toast with apple is my favourite, but everything we’ve had here has been delicious and will not disappoint.
The only complaint I have is that there is not enough wait staff and it can take a long time to get served, or you have to wait a LONG time to get your food. They try their hardest but you may get your coffee but not the milk & sugar…

Great menu if you are looking for exeptional food at very fair prices. Hector keeps a watcful eye over both sides an he has the food and sevice. Always a great varied menu but the Lasagna is a must.

The Full English Breakfast, also known as the cooked breakfast, is widely considered one of the best breakfast options available. You can experience this delightful meal at Via Condotti in Mazatlan, where it was the preferred choice for many of my breakfast companions today. Opting for a mushroom omelette personally, I found it to be very satisfying, while others relished a simple oatmeal dish. The staff efficiently managed service for our group of 16, ensuring that everyone departed content and ready for the day ahead.

MEH.......
Really a huge disappointment. Went for brunch and we were less than impressed. The service was mediocre, the food less than exciting and the prices were not in line with the whole experience. Many other places to enjoy.

Love the Napolitano pizza! We had visited Italy last year and and had a margarita pizza in Naples and loved it. Via Condotti did a wonderful job of replicating that pizza! We ate here 3 times in 2 weeks and had the same margerita pizza each time. My husband also enjoyed the lasagna on one of our visits. Good drinks, good service and great food - We will be back next year!

Food was delicious and freshly made. Service was high quality, and environment was welcoming. Highly highly recommend! We had half pesto and half margarita pizza, Neapolitan salad and the toffee dulce desert! Definitely coming back!!

If your service is slow don't dare to ask the waitress where the beer is when the owner is sitting at the next table. Apparently asking where your beer is would be considered rude by this owner. Hector should maybe stay in the kitchen or help speed up the service instead of insulting customers. The food is mediocre and not worth the aggravation.

Our visit was on Saturday dec 7. We were invited by the manager to hear the live entertainment for that evening. The muaic was excellent, nice easy listening dinner music with excellent vocalists and accompaniment. BUT, the pizza was unbelievable. Fresh ingredients plus the restaurant makes their own tomatoe paste and crusts. Thin crispy crust with special flavours are amazing. It was recommended to try a half and half. And this way we experienced two of their flavours. To close the meal, sticky toffee pudding ... the best there ever was. We were told this is the most asked for item on their menu and although there was a healthy portion given to us... none was left. Absolutely delicious. But come early and reserve a spot because we saw at least 7 groups of 2 or more that were turned away in the 1 1/2 hours we were there.

I have been a costumer at Via Condotti for a few years. I don’t come to Mazatlán often, but when I do I always come to Via Condotti. Dreaming about eating the banana muffins. What a big disappointment they no longer put whole pecan nuts in it. Just to lower the cost. What else are they doing to lower costs instead of maintaining quality ? It is sad to see Via Condotti lowering its standards in order to get more profits.
Sad very sad .
No pecan nuts at all anymore:(

Our group had the pizza, a calzonr and lasagne and each was amazing! The pizza is on very thin crispy crust cooked to perfection. Make sure you leave room for desert and try the sticky toffee pudding!
