Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hustle bustle of small town, everybody knows your name, kind of breakfast diner.
I would recommend the sheepherder's breakfast & biscuits & gravey. The Cinnamon rolls are baked fresh daily.

We could see this spot from our rental at Billy Bob's Redneck Vacation rental #2 so we had to stop in. So very glad we did. The staff was wonderful along with the food. We sat on the porch with our rabbit wire haired dachshund where all three of us had a great time. They even gave Willow a puppuccino with two snack bones in it. She enjoyed it so much we couldn't get a picture.... lol
Enjoy this hidden gem 💎

This is a wonderful Idaho breakfast gem. The staff is amazing and constantly moving. With limited kitchen, the restaurant packs a punch and delivers excellent food over and over again. Good job Jenn. Killing it!

What a gem in Garden Valley/Crouch area! Gail and I shared a BLT on homemade thick sourdough to die for. The service team was exceptional and made us feel like home. The milkshake was delicious and thick. We were impressed with the atmosphere and the various humorous signs on the back wall brought a smile to our faces. Great food, great service, great atmosphere and at a great price...try it out. We will be back!

Good place to stop for a sandwhich, soup or salad. Staff are friendly and helpful with the menu. Also, the latte I had here was good.

We spent three days camping at the little Garden Valley airport campground, just a stone's throw from Crouch. And while we made lunch and dinner at our campsite, we knew we wanted to enjoy breakfast out each morning. The veggie omelets, veggie quesadillas, and sourdough French toast are fantastic. And the coffee (you help yourself to as much as you want) is flavorful.

Been eating here for years. ordered the same thing I always get, I asked the waitress to add mushrooms and avocado like I always do. When she brought it out it was missing the avocado and mushrooms. I asked if she could add the mushrooms and avocado. A few minutes later Jen the owner and cook yells out the back door over the patio crowd. Next time be crystal clear when you place your order. My friend at the table told her I was crystal clear. Jen was rude and unprofessional yelling across the patio at me. Been supportive the last few months with the sub-par help. Hope you don't need the locals during the winter.

This is a great place for breakfast and lunch. Locally sourced ingredients, homemade, from scratch goodness, service from very nice people, great coffee and always a place at the table. We always look forward to eating here.

Found Wild Bill’s five years ago on an accidental visit to Crouch/Garden Valley. We’re we ever surprised! Great food and service. Their coffees are all wonderful. Don’t pass up the huckleberry salad, our favorite...even better with a salmon fillet added.

Pulled up at 2:50 and as I was getting out of my car a young lady walked out the front door, turned off the “Open” light and flipped the sign on the door to closed before going back inside, walking right past a sign beside the door with the statement, “Serving Lunch and Breakfast 7 - 4”. An in your face suggestion that this establishment doesn’t like money from paying customers. I’m up here for three days, meaning the chunk of my vacation money they could have had is now going elsewhere.

We were passing through Garden Valley and decided to stop in Wild Bill's for breakfast. We ordered the Breakfast Croissant and it was delicious. Two fluffy eggs, bacon & mayo on a warm buttery croissant filled the bill for a hearty breakfast. Presentation was nice and from other orders taken to the surrounding tables it seems presentation is very important to this restaurant, as it is to us. They have a coffee and tea bar where one helps themselves. There was no decaf coffee available until after we had finished our breakfast so we did not have coffee. The service was great and there were a lot of friendly locals there. If we are in the area again we will definitely stop in..

I had coffee twice this weekend at Wild Bill’s. The staff is extremely friendly. The prices are really good. All you can drink regular coffee is just $1. I spilled a to-go mocha out in the parking lot & they replaced it for free. The food looked really good. The place was filled with locals so it must be!

But my friend and I met up there as she was staying in Uncle Billy Bob's #1. Unfortunately we had eatten but enjoyed the home town atmosphere. Staff was super pleasant, the place was spotless clean and evrything that was served around us looked delicious. If your in Crouch, stop and sit a spell. They also have wifi (most of town is without cell service). We had a delightful 3 days in the with limited service and survived. Great way to really relax.
