We did a food tour of Old San Juan that was fabulous. Our guide additionally gave us the recommendation to Jose Enrique saying it was the best restaurant in San Juan. Hands down it was the best meal we had in San Juan.
The atmosphere is lively and the food is incredible. I've never had a Vava Frita as good as the one I got there. We went early in the evening before a long wait, but if you don't go there, you haven't been to San Juan.

One of the best Skirt Steak that I've ever tasted, where? Jose Enrique. Average service, but awesome meat quality. If you go to Jose Enrique, you have to try it. Cold beers. Good!!
