Superb meal in a great restaurant. The staff was very attentive and the food was perfectly prepared. Since it is part of an all-inclusive package, not sure how it prices out if you are not staying here. Either way, check this place out!

This Sandals restaurant has an amazing menu and if you are a steak lover (as I am) the selections are incredible and compare to some of the world's best steak houses (as to type and quality). The Filet Mignon and Lobster combination is my favorite but there are many other top notch items on the menu to choose from including vegetarian dishes. Dress if casual and the service is high end.

So far our favorite Butch’s of the 4 different Sandals we’ve been to! Ribeye is amazing as was the Filet and the lobster tails are so so good! Lobster Mac and cheese was full of lobster and big enough for 3 to share! Beautiful and so so good. Carrot cake and dark chocolate dessert are to die for!

A lovely setting and great ambiance sets the tone for a great evening meal. The staff and the service is excellent and very attentive. The food was really tasty along with the signature cocktail. Looking forward to a return visit

This was an excellent meal, well prepared. Wait staff should explain the size of the sides. We ordered 2 each expecting them to be single serving, but wound up wasting half. One each would have been enough. Also, dress codes was not enforced at all. Shorts, sneakers and even flip flops on men were allowed.

You have to make a reservation to eat here. we found the steaks to be seasoned well and the sides to be very good. I ordered the mac and cheese but it was not to my liking as it seemed to have onions in it. Overall nice experience

The place requires long pants, no shorts allowed. It’s 91 degrees with 85% humidity—are you kidding. Relented and put on jeans.
They made up for the dress code with horrible service and mediocre food. Oh, it was expensive on top of it!!
I forgot this place was in Sandals—what a waste of 3 hours.

I this was our second visit of the week and got to say both time ithe service and the food was exceptional. Nothing was too much. The manager kept asking everyone was everything ok and a special thank you to our waitress. Ashley, c who done an exceptional job.

The atmosphere is electric here at this restaurant and the service is very good. The food is just simply delicious. I had 3 lobster tails and it was awesome. Given that it is named after the owner of Sandals (Gordon "Butch" Stewart) is cute. Definitely recommended.

We ate dinner here our second night on the resort. My husband ordered the shrimp cocktail, the surf and turf and creme brûlée. I ordered a shrimp cocktail, the filet mignon with the peppercorn sauce and the carrot cake. We also ordered the lobster mac and cheese and green beans. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The peppercorn sauce was delicious. My husband is now a fan of crime brûlée and the carrot cake was excellent. After we were finished, we both said that this was the best meal we had ever had at Sandals. The service was efficient and friendly. They have raised the bar. Job well done to the entire team.

So me and wife checked website numerous times before our trip for dress code at butchs.....it was resort casual....we ate there our 2nd night,everything was great numerous nen in nice dress shorts and polos or button ups....we had reservations there on our 4th night also, when we arrived we were asked to step outside with another younger couple in front of usand we were informed that they changed their dress code and implemented it the evening before...after having the head of their restaurant service come and talk to us he was informing us that we had to have pants if we wanted to eat in restaurant.....after a lengthy discussion telling him this was unacceptable he let us dine.me and wife made sure that the younger couple were able to dine as well.then another couple came in and same as us after a lengthy conversation they were finally allowed to sit and dine....shame on you sandals this makes dining experience horrible....me and my wife dine at many fine restaurants with nice polo shorts and button ups.we can understand if posted on website, but you cant make changes day before when people are already there and have not brought pants and try to turn them away, absolutely terrible customer service.....food was very good but evening ruined...

Only got to Butch's once but that is all I needed , outstanding food. Ate too much but is was out of this world. i would go for the T-bone with the lobster tail. Steak was cooked perfect....highly recommend this place

Really enjoyed the ribeye and filet here. Both were cooked a perfect medium rare. The creamed spinach might have been one of the best things I have ever tasted.
