Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The grilled fish lunch platter was on the money!!! I am an avid macaroni pie basher! I stand firm that the best Mac & Cheese come from a southerner in the states however..... I say this with much disbelief Fish Pot Macaroni pie was soooo good!!! Like really really good! The rice & peas was so flavorful too! You see locals ordering so you know it's good! One order took about a hour to get but that is expected. The place is teeny weeny and like I mentioned before everyone is ordering.

Great lunchtime or evening food spot. I had the grilled fish lunch option today. A big tinfoil container filled with Mac and cheese, potato salad, salad, flavoured rice, which was really nice, and a nice big slab of sailfish or marlin, wasn't sure. Overall delicious, will be going back for sure, maybe tomorrow. Only thing I don't like is there are no prices on the board, but I've found this to be the case in many places around here so far. I was charged 30 grenedian dollars, (about $15, or £10) which is decent price for what I've eaten. I ate at La Plywood a few days ago which is rated No.1, and prices compare.

We found the fish pot among other beach restaurants so we decided to have our first try of lambie (conch). It was quite tasty the cheese fries where good but I wouldn't bother with the salad. It was a pretty good price and it came in a nice little takeaway container. Would go again.

I originally came to the grand anse market in search of a roti but she had ran out so got some grilled chicken and salad from here. It was nothing special and filled a whole. Unfortunately they covered the chicken in a sweet creamy dressing which ruined it.

We tried the Chicken wrap and the tuna dinner. Quite happy with the flavor, portions and the price. Nice to be able to get good drinks at the kiosks nearby period

Great lunch - good value and location! 4 of us enjoyed a delicious lunch - 2 grilled chicken, 1 grilled fish (fresh tuna!) and one chicken strips with fries. Each grilled lunch was served with potato salad, green salad, macaroni pie and rice & peas. Almost too much for one sitting bit we managed! 12 - 14 Us and you can also pay in EC. Price is reasonable for what you get - pair it with a yummy beverage from Esther’s next door and you are set!

This place was my go to for lunch each day, on the beach with all the great bars and crafts shops, the food here is excellent, fresh and with good prices. They accept credit cards also which makes life easier. I cannot wait to return here. Customer service was good.

Situated perfectly next to the super Esther’s Bar is the Fish Pot. Simply excellent food at decent prices. The lobster wraps are delicious, as is the lobster burger, lobster salad and the seafood kebab. Drinks from Esther’s and food from the Fish Pot - sorted!!!

Fish pot serves up just what you need at the beach. The kebabs are fresh and good. My only glitch is the length of time to get your food. Which can be attributed to the size of the space and the 2 man operation.

This is a little gem of a place. Right on Grand Anse beach and next door to Esther's Bar in the Spice Market. The shrimp are always succulent, the salad is fresh and the sauté potatoes are just the very best. The lobster salad (when in season) is lovely and such good value compared to other places nearby. Picnic table seating with some of the best sunset views on the beach.

If you fancy some fresh fish then pop up to the Fish Pot. My daughter who eats fish every day said that her grilled tuna was as good as any she had eaten in the much more expensive restaurants (and the portion twice the size). It's a no frills hut where you sit on the communal tables. Cheap beers from Esther's (next door) help you have an enjoyable lunch that's not a burden on the pocket.

We stay on th3 island every year for five weeks and eat often drop in to this little kiosk. In my opinion it delivers the best value plate of food on the island. Stew fish, chicken etc. Great value and quality.

A friend recommended this place to me for their lobster roll along with Esther’s bar for mojitos. Some of the prices are higher than the menu photographed for their Facebook page, but it’s good simple, no nonsense food if you’re looking for a quick bite alongside a drink next door.
