Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It’s not there anymore. Only the sign outside and it appears to have been closed for a long time. Very sad indeed as it was highly recommended.

Stopped at BB's for a late lunch and drinks. My wife and I shared several dishes from the appetizer menu. The rum punch, crabback, lambi sizzler, devilled saltfish, saltfish souse, all were excellent. My daughter really enjoyed the caribbean vegetable curry. Amazing location and views....Got to meet and speak with BB for a few minutes... he's a trip!More

I came here in 2018 and was blown away by the customer service and the food, I knew whenever I revisited the island I would ALWAYS return here. We did! But to my dismay to say we were disappointed with everything would be an understatement....The service was terrible, squashed like sardines in archaic furniture that requires modernisation and the food was vile. Macaroni cheese they said, well it was like they shoved pasta and cheese in a pot and mixed it together, tasted like plane food. To think you’re on an island, surrounded by water and snapper is not available to order. Shocking! The owner sat at the bar smoking, never once asked if we even enjoyed our food. He was more interested in arguing with a colleague. Honestly, don’t waste your time. Grenada has better restaurants in abundance, this isn’t one of them.More

Upon entering BBs Crabshack, you are greeted with a host of photographs of the owner and celebrities such as Ainsley Harriott and Oprah Winfery. Disappointingly that's where the glitter ends. The whole bar needed a good cleaning and a paint job. I had a fruit...punch which was lovely but the place just left me feeling that I would not risk eating there. Sorry BBs but the place was a bit of a mess.More

My husband had the crab and he said it was amazing. The drinks were really good too. We sat by the edge and over looked the sea which was just stunning with the crystal clear waters. Only giving this a 4 star as there were...several items on the menu that were not available and we were not told until we ordered. Definitely worth a visit.More

Excellent local cuisine with a perfect view of the harbour and Caribbean Sea. We were welcomed by BB and had a nice chat about cricket. The service was super, drinks delicious and food divine. Kids had excellent goat curries and we both had fascinating and...delicious local dishes, oildown and a lovely fish dish.More

Came to this place in St George two times, both for lunch. First time we just took lunch specials which was fish in some local source and rice with peas. It was delicious. I decided to get there again and try something special. It was...oildown, the Grenadine. Local traditional dish. My business partner ordered vegetarian version while I ordered the standard with meat. This was the first time in many years when I did not finish the dish, probably 70% left. I made a second try as I was still hungry. This time it was pork ribs in special source. The source was too sweet and it spoilt the dish. I really don’t know how to review this place - first time it was fantastic with lunch special but the main course second visit was a disaster. Just check what you order and probably talk to the owner. The waiters are not overly friendlyMore

A great family run restaurant owned by the eccentric Brian Benjamin. Excellent Grenadian food served overlooking St. George harbour. Brilliant goat curry that I have cooked back home. Situated at the quiet end of the waterfront.

Had the most amazing lunch overlooking to harbour - real authentic menu, the shrimp and lobster sauce was amazing, the macaroni pie the best on the island - not dry like others tend to be - super helpful and personable staff including Brian the boss.

We stopped here for lunch on a visit to St. george. We had the vegetable curry and the meaty mia, both of which were very good. We also had two drinks that were quite tasty and they did not skimp on the alcohol. Would highly...recommend!More
