Esto no es un cafe is a multifunctional space that relates art cooking with visual arts. Thematic dishes such as: Duchamp's Fountain, Pollock's Chicken, Christo's Fish, Klein's Blue, Broodthaers's Casserole, Lam's Third World among others, are a delicious tribute to different artists' works, who have marked a turning point in the international art history. We offer an author cuisine that combines recipes from the international cuisine with the taste of the culinary tradition from Cuba.
