It serves only one kind of food - pork dumpling soup. The soup is great also because three ingredients nicely combine & give amazing flavor, namely chopped celery, green onion and fried onion. Pork dumpling is very delicious too. I like add its red pepper paste to go with the pork dumpling. It is cheap, quick and highly satisfied.
他只有賣一種食物就是扁食湯；湯非常的好喝因為它有把切細的芹菜、綠蔥還有炸過的紅蔥頭，扁食本身就非常好吃，而且我非常喜歡用他的辣椒醬加在上面，這是一家便宜快速又很令人滿意的著名小吃店。

The Wonton was good. Nothing special. You can get the same wonton on other restaurants to. They only served wonton there.

I grew up eating this kind of wonton soup and it's definitely the best in Taiwan by far! They only serve this one item so just sit down and tell them how many bowls you want. Although somewhat expensive in my opinion, it's still generous in serving and rich in broth.

Only one dish but very well done, the raviolis are delicious. Portions are not very big. 70 NTD per bowl now.

The other Bian Rou shop which is run by the same family who owns the one next to Just Sleep Hualien.
They serve nothing but bianrou so you know it’s a good shop when they specialise in just one item.
Their meat fillings are smaller and the skin is thinner resulting in the breakage of it. It’s also nice - tbh when it’s from the same family you can’t really tell the diff. Even the soup tastes similar.
This shop is smaller and they don’t do takeaway boxes like the other shop. Queued 5 minutes before we got our tables and sold out by the time we were done (around 8.30?)!

The shop only sell wonton soup. No noodles or dry wontons.
Wontons are nice, nothing special. Soup is healthy, not salty. Good for snacks not for a full meal

This has been voted one of the best wonton dumpling restaurant in Hualien by locals. The shop does one thing and one thing only, so you basically go inside and tell them how many bowls you want. Simple as that.
The wonton wrappers is light and delightful, the filling is a simple minced pork and the broth is simple but flavorful. There is a very comforting flavor to the dish, as the dumpling is so simply wholesome.

The soup is really nice. We wanted some healthier, not heavy ot fried food so we came here and we both loved the soup. The stock itself is not the best i've had but it's good enough and if you add the sauces they have(soya, chilli, peper) it's delicious! Absolutely loved it!

People come here for a light snack before diner. Wonton was nice but not special. The soup is light but a good change of taste since we ate a lot of oily snack.

This is a very famous old shop and the service is fast. Dumplings are well made, love the dumpling skin and the portion of the filling but I don't really like the "porky smell".

Nice smooth skin and pork filling lean meat . Soup not salty . If you are looking for a meal with less carbo this is the wonton soup for lunch

Agree with the other reviewers that the dumplings are nice and the dumpling skins are soft and smooth. Would be a good place to go to for meals, if you are looking for local and Chinese-style food.
However, just eating one bowl of dumplings will probably not fill one's stomach, so suggest this as part of a food trail to try out other local delicacies.

Went there for a quick lunch. This restaurant only serves one dish wonton soup at 65 NTD. Quality is good and ingriedent are great. Simple dish but enjoyable. But a bit expensive for this kind of meal in Taiwan. Be careful there is a long queue for lunch between 11.45 till 1.15 pm.
