Undoubtedly the best cafe and coffee in Queenstown. This place was a highlight during my trip to Queenstown thanks to its first class coffee and lovely staff. The food was just as good as the coffee and all was delivered with smile as you overlooked...the lake from a vantage point that is second to none. Shout out to Conor for making us the coffee and his colleague who delivered it (who in my opinion did such a great job she deserves a raise) Definently check it out while you’re in town, or do what I did and make a daily visit!More

We stopped in on our cycle around the lake. The views and the friendly service were faultless but it was the leek and potato soup for me! Amazing. It was very busy but our server really took the time out to engage in conversation. The...wee knee rugs for a chilly outdoor seating area were a lovely touch as well. I would definitely recommend the boatshed.More

Gorgeous cafe, great food (a lot of the menu changes from month to month but never disappoints). Warm and inviting. Accommodating with bookings. A favourite place to go for brunch.

Great little spot, lovely food and service was fast. Unfortunately that’s where it all ended. My husband paid the bill and while waiting for me was asked if he’d paid which he replied yes and that he was just waiting for me, the waitress promptly...went over to the young lady at the till and asked her if my husband had paid while he was standing there in front of other customers waiting to be seated or waiting to pay.So unfortunately left feeling a little let down by the rudeness of the waitress who I don’t think smiled once. My husband was too polite to say anything and good thing he waited to tell me once I was in the car and driving away. Good polite service is key, just because your busy don’t forget who’s watching and listening. If you doubt people please provide a receipt of payment. The young kiwi waitress that first served us was lovely and seemed to be the only one with a smile.More

Yes, the restaurant is great, the chefs and the food are also amazing. But I just want to highlight Liam as a barista. It’s always nice to go to a Cafe where people wants to remember you by name and provide a great customer service,...and Liam is like that.More

We stopped here whilst cycling on the nice cycle trail, as did lots of others. Great ambience and views. We only had a muffin and a gluten-free brownie with coffee, so our rating is based around a small sample. The mango-peach muffin was delicious, and...the brownie was dense and rich. The coffee was good. We sat under the tree and listened to the birds. It was all very peaceful. Very popular. Would stop again, definitely.More

$5 for a tomato! If you want eggs on toast with bacon, sausage, tomatoes and mushrooms it will cost you nearly $40! DO NOT VISIT go to Frank’s in Remarkables park instead!

We walked from Queenstown it took about 90 mins along the beautifully maintained lakeside walkway. The place was so busy we got a takeaway coffee and scone. We waited outside about 20 mins for the the coffee wAtching many people come and go. The meals...we saw were beautifully presented. We will return at a less busy time of the year.More
