Immediately after immigrating to the area, we asked a local sales representative one day where a good place to get breakfast would be. They said The Coffee Club was one of their favorite places to go and after our first coffee and pastry - we keep going back. The selection of food and drink is one of the best in the area for both variety and price. As someone with dietary restrictions, it's refreshing to have options to choose from. The food is delicious and the coffee is tasty. But above all, the service from every single member of staff is unmatched by anywhere else. Because of all of these reasons, we simply can not do our grocery shopping without first enjoying our weekly breakfast treat. With a warm welcome and a cheery goodbye, we can't recommend it enough.

Absolutely brilliant Big breakfast! Everything on the plate was exactly how I love it from the perfectly poached eggs to thE pink steak. Absolutely delicious. This would be the best breakfast I have had for a LONG time. Highly recommended!

Went twice (in February) while in Queenstown and we were really impressed with absolutely everything about the staff and the "head man" Carl, who were all first class in carrying out their work. Carl was an exceptional leader of a great team. The actual coffee and food that we purchased was excellent, particularly my coffee which "has to be perfectly created to my precise instructions" and was completely perfect on both occasions. Also, Carl and his team were all very friendly and helpful as possible.

I just got home from getting a takeaway from here. I ordered a BLT without chips, so she took off the cost of the chips which made the sandwich about 21 dollars. I assumed, wrongly, that this was going to be a large sandwich considering the price tag.
This is two cheap pieces of barely toasted sandwich bread, one piece of lettuce with brown spots, a single blob of aoili in the middle of the bread, and barely cooked bacon.
Honestly, i should have gone back and demanded a refund but i was too upset and not good with confrontations at all.
I'm beyond upset that this cost $21. It's a ripoff and i just feel like crying, since i spent my very little have-a-treat money on this.
Coffee is fine. Food is not.

Myself and husband dined here.
His coffee was just ok. My hot chocolate was like warm.
I ordered the Mexican chicken salad. This consisted of browning limp lettuce, avocado and a sauce. The chicken was quite nice in it. But not much of it. They advertised charred corn, tomatoes, cheese, spring onion and coriander. All of these things were missing.
Not impressed at all. Won’t be back.

Nice space but food not great. Cold coffee, salad missing half ingredients shown on menu, and black decaying old lettuce. Half inedible. Staff disappeared so couldnt point out. Wont be back sorry. Burger meal was OK but no ketchup.

The place is clean, good location with views of mountain. Right at the end of shop line. Today they did not have chicken strips, the cashier took payment and advised us after. We felt like we were lured into it as they forced us in buying another meal after payment which was not good as well. The price difference was given in exchange of another coffee but the cashier told us it’s free. Haha trying to fool customers? If you only have 2 customers in store how come you don’t know you don’t have any chicken products on hand? Cashier had no smile. Wasted my time and money on this branch.

Hi Ravoni I find you response extremely rude and incomsiderate, considering that this was a manufacturing recall issue. What had happened is the manufacture of our chicken product had contacted us 2 minutes after you had ordered to recall there chicken product. Bidfood our supplier had only just informed us of this so when you had ordered yes the product was available but as that batch of chicken strips had been recalled from the manufacturer we had to immediately remove the product.I am an extremely honest owner and have been a nurse for 23 years before purchasing this business I don't fool people or work in this way in fact our staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Maybe look at other reviews that support this. if your on holidays maybe you need to just relax and get your story right before trying to ruin hard working business peoples reputation. I'm sure I extended my friendly nature to the lady in your group to help her access the toilet I see there is no mention of this gesture here. The irony to social media always pick out the bad just because you were in a bad mood.

They were advertising this new burgers. One is a chicken and bacon and the other one is a beef and bacon. I liked the chicken one better. It has a sauce that’s just delicious. As always the place was clean and the staff was fast and kind

I went with a friend for brunch at coffee club in 5 mile, no surprise that they are understaffed. But all staff members had a great attitude and energy. A massive shout out to Erring (I think that was her name), she was sooo nice and smiley, very friendly. We had a great experience!!!

Always a pleasure to visit this Coffee Club, the people running it are great, a pleasure to deal with,.
We are not regular visitors but do so when holidaying in Queenstown and the service, food and coffee are always consistent.

Great coffee, great food and great service. Been a couple of times and haven't been let down. My only negitive would be that they don't have toilets on site, so go before you go😀

Been a few times lately and they do not fail to impress the place is spotlessly clean!! The eggs Benny is delicious upgrade to the rosti you won’t be disappointed the staff there are very friendly and welcoming a great place to enjoy a breakfast
