Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Imagine finding this wonderful restaurant in the middle of Denali National Park!! Our introduction to Serbian food was wonderful. The food, ambiance and staff were phenomenal! Chef Michael and Maja have the menu perfected and although hard to choose we had the traditional Serbian Schnitzel...and the Chicken Pilaf. The wine and food recommendations and service from our waiter were perfect!More

My friend and I were looking for a place to have dinner outside of our hotel. Moose-AKa's was recommended by another guest so we decided to try it. This restaurant offered delicious Serbian inspired dishes that were fabulous. The staff was attentive, friendly and just...all around wonderful. The atmosphere was charming and the quality of food remarkable. A tremendous value for the exquisite food prepared by Chef Michael.More

I can't count how many times I ate at their food truck in Healy in 2015/16. Even way back then, the food was amazing. A big reason EVERBODY ate there was to talk to the people working the truck. Always happy and smiling. So they...went from a food truck to being ranked by just about everyone for worldwide dining in like 3-4 years?!?! Superb quality, excellent customer service and hard work. Well there ya' go.More

My adult family of 5 was lucky enough to dine here the day before they closed for the season. We were a little skeptical of the Scandinavian food (not knowing exactly what that meant) but it was incredible. This was one of the best meals...we had during our 30 days in Alaska. The service was THE BEST we had the entire trip. We had the sampler appetizer, side salads (similar to a greek salad), great wine, schnitzel, and their desserts. Everything was fantastic. The ambiance was great and restaurant was beautifully decorated.More

Never ate at a Persian restaurant so were wondering about the food plus my wife has a dairy allergy. We were welcomed with open arms. The waiter spent 15 minutes reviewing everything on the menu. Food was wonderful. The owner visited with us for several...minutes. All the wait staff was attentive.More

Simply outstanding on every level. Food, atmosphere, and service. A unique dining experience with a Serbian menu. We ate at the bar and spent a few hours sampling different dishes and engaging with the bartender and server who provided us with excellent suggestions. We loved...that they didn't rush people.More

Bottom line here is, the food was excellent: fresh and authentic and just delicious. Interior was refreshingly eclectic in its decor and the fact it was so bustling with customers in close proximity to each other didn't bother us, given everyone seemed so focused on...their food ... a really fun night and overall restaurant experience. It's busy for a reason!More

My wife and I ate here on Sept 7th 2023. We had seen the reviews online. Normally I would have skipped over a Serbian place where I didn’t know the dish names. I looked on Trip Advisor and it was the top restaurant in the...area. I dug a bit into the dishes and they were good home cooking. A bit about the area. We did a Holland package and stayed at the McKinley lodge. Is was directly across the street. No transportation, a slight hill, I have a bad knee and made it up the incline. Get there early. We were there a little after 5 and waited about 10 minutes. We got the next platter for appetizers. Very good. My wife got the mousses and I got the schnitzel. Both excellent. We ordered a bottle of light white Serbian wine. Outstanding. Service was incredible. You won’t be disappointed. Best meal in Denali.More

I absolutely love this place. It is only open during the summer but well worth the wait for summer. The wait staff are awesome and very attentive. The martinis are too die for. I have been told the sangrias are fantastic but I can't drink...red wine so I take their word for it. I have other allergies that they are very accommodating to. I love the appetizer - mekice (fry bread), the entree - kardjordjeva schnitzel (stuffed schnitzel), and the vegan dessert. Yes, you will need a box if you do not share. If you are in the Denali Park area during the summer, make sure you make your way to this restaurant. They are closed on Sunday and Wednesday, so plan accordingly. Love love love this place.More

The food is amazing! Not an overwhelming menu, but plenty to choose from. The best part is the staff, everyone takes care of you! A beautiful little restaurant with a cozy feel. The meat stuffed peppers had incredible flavor. I have to say, my favorite...dessert was grandma's cake recipe. I don't eat a lot of sweets, but this one was perfect. It was sweet enough to curb a sweet tooth, but not send you into a sugar overload. Pair that with the Turkish coffee and it was a perfect ending do a fabulous meal! I have been several times this season and it is on my list of must go during summer season. Again, the staff are the best, very friendly and professional with the best mix of being like your favorite relatives. Can't wait till next season!!More
