Like mamma use to make!

We had a lovely meal here a few days ago.pasta dishes very tasty and filling.restaurant is in a square with nice views,very hard working staff. we were served by a lovely waiter from Rome.noticed locals eating and drinking there.always a good sign.good value for money.we will dine here again next time we come back to el mandano

Best Pizza in Medano!!!

Tried different places in Medano but the pizzas in this place beat them all! Wow! Good service, good prices and fabulous food! Will definately be back

Great Pizza

Simple is terrific when it is done very well. The superb crispy base on a simple mushroom, mozzarella and tomato pizza, topped with a generous handful of fresh rocket is outstanding. It is Pizza at its best - straight from a pizza oven, made fresh by a friendly chef and served with a smile. We’ve been before and Will absolutely be back again.

Gone down hill

This has been one of the best places to eat in Medano ,it is also very near our flat ,but we think it has new owners .Do not go their the food is rubbish ,everything was out of the micro wave and as we were a party of 6 and they only have one micro wave the food was cold when we got it as it took all the time to de frost it .Even the bread was days old.

Nice pizza - shame about the pasta

Came here for lunch today as a family. Our kids ordered pizza's which were thin, well cooked and tasty. I had linguine with clams which was actually just some spaghetti in olive oil with some dry and overcooked clams on top. My husband had tagliatelle al Ragu which was very very bland. He asked for some parmigiano cheese and it wasn't brought out until he had almost finished his meal. My mother is Italian and I could have cooked both these dishes much better myself at home. It was a shame as we read other reviews which were good.

Don’t Miss This Place

Having just spend a month in El Medano on our 1st visit me and my wife we’re lucky to eat here twice. The 1st time was the night before they closed for a two week holiday, the 2nd time was on our last night. This is undoubtedly the best Italian Restaurant in El Medano, everything home cooked to order and outstanding quality. Take advice from the staff and be careful what you order because the portions are truly huge. On both occasions we over ordered and on our last visit we were very embarrassed over the amount we left. I cannot fault this place, if it was in the main square I guarantee you would never get a table without a reservation. Go and try it, you’ll defiantly go back for a second visit. It’s on the square opposite the main bus stops on the sea front. Enjoy, we’ll be back next time in El Medano.

This place had great local beer, amazing atmosphere and best staff ever :) waitress called Candela and guys in kitchen was just delightful and full of happiness:) we will definitely visit this place again :)

Good Italian food

Trip to El Médano from Golf del Sur and came across this lovely restaurant. Family of four all very impressed with their choices of food. The staff were really helpful and made us feel very welcome. We had bruschetta, prawns in garlic oil and goats cheese with ham for starters - it was all very good and well presented. For main tuna steak, pizza and pasta - all equally as good. The only thing that let it down for me was the fact that my pasta was coated in cheese - something which wasn’t mentioned on the menu. Would certainly visit again if we ever went to El Medano.

Absolutely amazing

Tried a few other restaurants but sat and waited too long for service so left and ended up here wish we had come here first food was amazing the starters and cold meat platter would have been enough but ended up boxing the meat platter for later the main courses were amazing the wife had fillet steak and said it was the most tender piece of fillet she has had in a long time I had one of there pizza which was the best pizza I've ever had couldn't finish it but they kindly boxed it up for me to enjoy later with the cold meat platter couldn't fault anything here at all if we ever come back to tenerife this is where will be eating thank you so much for an amazing feed and fab service

Lovely

Ate hereon Our first night back in medano as the town square. Was packed it was a great relief to get away . Had two beers to start served to us straight away very busy so had to wait a while for our pizza to share . Worth the wait though light crispy and plenty of topping . Served fresh bread and dip whilst waiting mmm few more beers to wash it all down lovely

Staff exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout our visit. Meal was very good. Starters were more than plentiful and very flavoursome. Main course was good but would have preferred to personally control how much cheese was grated over mine as was done prior to delivery to the table. Pudding choice was limited however both choices we made of tiramisu and hot brownie were more than generous in size and pleasant. Would recommend as a perfect summer meal out. Enjoyed watching the world go by as we ate outside in the evening sunset. Very quaint.

Nothing exceptional but good value for money

Service is terrible but food was relatively good. We had pizza, ravioli and penne and all meals were alright but we will not come back again.
