We visited at lunch, the restaurant was busy but not full. One waiter was serving drinks and other was taking food orders. We got the drinks but had to wait 20 minutes until the food waiter could come to the table. Pizzas were just okay and it took another 10 minutes to get the bill from the food waiter. There are many food options in El Medano - I would avoid this one.

Food was amazing. Service was absolutely shocking, Lady couldn’t open our bottle of wine, my husband had to help her before she corked it, she got the hump and literally slammed the rest down at us, no cutlery for mains, my daughters starter didn’t turn up so had to remind them and what they sent was wrong, charged us for both though. 1 meal turned up 10 mins before the other 2 so we pretty much ate separately, would not recommend, service was awful !!!!

The starter was nice - we had the mixed fried but the prawns were slightly overdone. The cocktails were also okay. As for the main course, 2 of us ordered the seafood pasta, arriving cold and was bland. The pasta came with one mussel each, one of which was closed. The paella main did arrive hot but was dry with bland with overcooked seafood. The service was slow and had to ask multiple times for the bill. Would not come back.

We were two couples who decided to take a sunset walk up Montana Chayofita. With this in mind, we all agreed to have a late dinner. The sunset was at 20:56, so we needed somewhere close and on the way back to our villa. Once the sun had set, we headed into town and passed by Agua Viva. We looked at the menu and decided this would be the restaurant for dinner. I had promised not to have a burger on this holiday, as I am not a great fan of them, but since the rest of the group ordered burgers, I caved in to peer pressure or FOMO (fear of missing out) and ordered the Agua Vi Burger (€15.90). The burger was lovely, and the chips were chunky. There weren't too many chips, but a few more would have been nice. We all ordered the local beer, Estrella (pints, we are British), at €3.90 each, which was £3.30. The burger was covered in a cheese sauce, so if you don’t like cheese, don’t order this burger, but since I like cheese, I was happy. The staff were very attentive. Overall, we were happy with the dinner and the restaurant. Would I go again? Yes, I would. We left the restaurant and walked home, following Tracy and Steve, the other couple. I would write a separate review for the route, but this would not be fair to the restaurant. What I can say is that I have seen parts of Los Cristianos that most tourists would not see after dark.

Walked a good distance to try a different area for food. Spotted this reasurant and thought it looked decent. I'm really disappointed . The service was fine. Food looks fine when it comes out, but it's really tasteless. Garlic prawns for starting were like prawns in hot water. The paella looked good when it came out, but unfortunately, it was very dry and stuck to the pot. Who I was with had salmon, and it was lukewarm. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I had a pasta dish which was luke warm and not very tasty. My daughter had a burger which she said was nice - hence the extra star. The staff weren’t very attentive and were clearing up around us and packing the chairs away even though it was only early evening and there were a few other diners. Not the best

Were looking for a place to eat in Medano and stopped in as they have a wind block front for their eating area. We ate Italian and were satisfied with the quantity and quality. Pizza, lagsania, salad . Good prices . Place was empty so service was excellent. We lucked into a parking place in the square near the restaurant, town has virtually no parking.

We lingered here over a coffee, a generous measure of brandy and a couple of beers. Friendly service whilst watching an eclectic mix of people passing by. Wind surfers, friends and families. Perfect mid morning break whilst we were on holiday.

Where to begin? First arrived and was sat at a table without any cutlery or plates. Was made to feel rushed when asked to order. Food came out and was covered in oil we ordered 1 pizza and a spagetti plate with chicken and vegetables, a las there was no vegetables to talk of and the pasta was swimming in oil to the point where I couldn't eat it. No staff approached us throughout our meal and had to ask for the bill 3 times yet was ignored I had to then finally get up and go to the bar area for the bill needless to say will never go there again and will advise everyone to steer clear!!!!

Has this restaurant changed hands? We visited twice in March and it was excellent so we booked a birthday meal here in November. Big mistake. We took friends with us so we were a party of four. We ordered Dorada , chicken and a steak. The fish two of us had was over cooked and dried up with potatoes that were very stale , accompanied by just a tomato , no salad. The chicken dish was inedible it was so tough, and the steak was also tough and over cooked. The Dorada was 16 euros as was the steak . We complained but no apology was forthcoming . We live in Tenerife all winter each year and can honestly say this was the worst meal we have ever had in Tenerife

Tried this place because the one we had intended was unexpectedly closed, and very glad we did.Obviously didn't know what we should choose, picked Goat's cheese with mojo - excellent start. Then mixed Paella, very nice, good portion (so much so we had a takeaway for the next day). Not bad prices for the center of the resort - Starter €7.70 and Paella for 2 €28, and barraquito for €2 each. Staff friendly and attentive - it started to cool so, unprompted, they brought over and lit one of their gas heaters.

The restaurant is in the perfect location on the sea front. Prices seemed very reasonable and it was very busy when we walked past on our first night in El Medano. We both had pasta dishes which were incredibly tasty and very large portions. Service was excellent, in fact everything was so good we decided to return the next night. On arrival we were recognised which is always nice. Service tonight was much slower and after ordering we received our drinks and a starter to share. I can only assume our order was not passed to the kitchen as we waited for over an hour for our main course. In fact by the time we received it there were only 6 other people left and nobody else eating. For our second visit we had the paella which was nowhere near as good as the pasta. With there being so much competition nearby they need to up there game. After the first night I would have rated them a 5. The second night was a 1 so I’ve averaged the score.

Walked past many times but not tried. Delicious and good value. Will be back. Not offered 'free' digestif like many restaurants do.
