We visited during White Truffle season. And what joyful experience that was for the taste buds. Excellent truffle tasting menu, the truffle is weighed and shaved on your table per course, the flight menu was the perfectly fitting combination - will visit again!

The place is very pleasant and well-kept, as are the staff, the maitre d' and all the waiters.
Soft lights, a muffled atmosphere, you immediately feel welcome. Maximum availability of choice between tasting menus and à la carte menus, among other things it is possible to choose a dish from the tasting menu as "à la carte" without problems. Excellent dishes, very tasty, perhaps slightly small portions in some cases.

The venue is truly a rare pearl with a beautiful terrace with a unique view of the Langhe. Impeccable hospitality and service and an arrangement of tables and various furnishings of the highest level, just enough to give a one-of-a-kind experience. We were welcomed with infinite care and kindness by the owner Mr. Ribezzo who personally takes care of the reception of the various guests and the general management of the entire place. What can I say, for me this alone is something uncommon and which places this splendid venue at the top of any possible ranking. Then there is a very wide choice of menus: from fish to typical Langa dishes where the various recipes, the mastery of the kitchen and the raw materials of the highest quality, make the very lucky customers unparalleled aromas and tastes. The wine list is very well looked after and full of the best wines available offered at honest prices. the prices generally applied, taking into account the very high level of the venue and the general quality, are absolutely correct. This was a great place to eat lunch on a rainy day, although it would’ve been ever more incredible if we could’ve eaten on their beautiful terrace with the amazing view. Food was delicious. A wonderful tuna starter with asparagus followed by an outstanding ravioli amtriciana. Great selection of wines to taste as well. Would highly recommend for lunch or dinner. Also, there is a bell by the door to ring to let them know you’ve arrived if the door is locked.

Lovely away from the Main Street location. The staff were very informative and friendly. Every dish we ordered was delicious. We appreciated the good size serves that we could fit in rather than oversized portions. This restaurant was more about taste and quality of ingredients rather than huge portions- which we loved as we could appreciate the freshness and taste of the dish better. Wine list, as you would expect, was excellent.

The place speaks for itself, the location and the (local) panorama are splendid. I speak as a person born and raised in the Langhe, therefore accustomed to the typical cuisine of the area and accustomed to many catering establishments, even quite refined and high-level ones, in which and for which I also worked as a photographer.
The food is of excellent quality, but the quantity is truly exaggeratedly ridiculous and unjustifiable, the choice to bring a restaurant to an elegant level does not mean having to necessarily give 10 meat ravioli for 20 euros, nor three slices of tuna,
there is an obvious line that has always divided the restaurant and the tavern but it is not dictated by the quantity of food so reduced, in a truly drastic way. We had already been to this restaurant for lunch with friends with truly excellent memories. Courteous, professional and attentive staff, menu faithful to tradition with slightly revisited dishes, well presented, well made, very good ingredients.
The restaurant is beautiful. We had lunch on the terrace overlooking the Langhe with the view of Monforte... simply breathtaking. The external part, like the interior, is perfectly kept, cared for, full of flowers and with a central fountain which contributes to the beauty of the place.
We returned, invited for an anniversary and the decidedly excellent opinion was confirmed.
In this case, the menu had been agreed upon. All excellent, served at the right time - with the restaurant deservedly full - well presented.

Moda has a fantastic terrace, but this was not in operation as the weather was bad.
Quite high-end furnished restaurant with a lot of charm.
Food and wine did not reach the same level. The wine card is very expensive and that does not get Barolo with age - only quite new vintage and overpriced compared with similar restaurants (Elio Grasso Case Mate in new vintage for 200€ is wild).
The food was beautifully arranged in delicious plates. Vitello Tonnato however I found a little "fished" in the taste.minim
Guancia (calves) in Barolo was delicious, but a slightly minimalist portion.
I got mixed sorbet for dessert. The lemon sorbent was exceedingly acidic, and even glazed in the consistency.

We booked a dinner as a couple with friends, as first time we were given a table in the lower floor, cold and dark.
Poor service, the waitress did not even notice that bringing us the entree we did not have cutlery, and we were 10 minutes looking at each other without being able to taste that measly portion, when it became apparent we pointed it out and she replied “ah yes the fork!!” When in fact there were 4 pairs of cutlery missing. Not to mention the appetizers, to make the nouvelle cuisine you have to be up to scratch, but above all bring food!! The portions besides not being good are also scarce and I am not a big eater!! It's good for catching tourists, who little understand the real flavors of the territory. Shameful bill, I strongly advise against it.

We had dinner here whilst on a walking tour of Barolo
It was our best dinner of the week and we enjoyed some excellent cuisine on the trip.
The food, service and decor is first class, the veal tartar starter was exceptional.
Pietro , head waiter, was helpful and very knowledgeable on wines.

Both indoor and outdoor areas of this restaurant are very nice and the service service exceptional. We did not do the tasting menu however you can choose items from them on an a la carte basis. Piedmont menu and every dish we had was delicious. Note that the portions are s bit smaller than elsewhere but not terribly so. Really getting tired of all of these five star reviews that I am leaving but haven’t had a bad meal yet on this trip.

In the heart of Monforte, in a skillfully restored building, there is this beautiful restaurant with a panoramic view. More difficult food to judge: high quality raw materials but some combinations that are a little too daring. After climbing to this beautiful terrace we had a delicious meal here. Beautiful view, beautiful decoration and very friendly service, combined with delicious food! We had a steak tartare and red tuna carpaccio beforehand, both very tasty. As a main course the Bavet with a nice glass of Barolo. In our opinion, top, for a reasonable price.
