Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent freshly cooked takeaway style food at as great price. College kids hang out here. The food is great value and there’s plenty of it. A wide choi e of food styles from various vendors and available to eat there or take away.

A really cool spot to grab a bite to eat from a variety of vendors. There is also a small bar and karaoke at the center of the park. We were there not at the busy season so a few restaurants were closed but it...was still very worth it!More

Tried the coffeeshop behind IGY Supermarket The guy behind the bar unfriendly like hell. More interrested in his mobile than in the clients wishes. Pay first and then see what you get. Sitting on a table waiting for my coffee - nobody is serving -...calling to pick up my coffee from the counter!!!! Selfservingcoffeeshop????? Coffee - not even worth to taste. Far beyond any good or acceptable coffee I ever drunk. Espresso - I guess they never heard anything like this. Send back. No reaction or comment. Ok, after nearly 10 minutes waiting - we were alone in the coffeeshop - finally got my cappuchino thank god served in a ceramic cup. No, more like a bowl - and ask for a spoon. No change to get one. Why they force me to use a wooden stick in a coffeeshop?????? Sugar on the tables is wet. The ordered sandwiches are horror, tasteless. The prices are incredible. After all - coffee and having a coffee alone or with friends in a nice coffeeshop and relaxing athmosphere is part of culture - I guess they never heard about any CULTURE. Its not the problem of the staff - I guess the owner/managment never teached them correctly. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! My recommendation - avoid this place.More

When you order at Mocha Spoke, expect to have to get your second or third choice because 99 percent of the time they are out of ingredients for most of their menu. But today they actually had the ingredients for the pesto panini and it...was delicious!More

Very much enjoyed their sandwiches. Came for lunch and enjoyed that there were other choices in a food court atmosphere. Mocha Spoke was the original and we enjoyed our food.

Husband rented bike for a day to go out alone for an explore ($61ECD for the day). Overall he v much enjoyed. Joint bike store and cafe in container park just outside the university gates. No bike staff when visited so served by cafe staff...who weren't as experienced at getting bike ready and checking it over. Husband is a tall and experienced roadie and found the mountain bike a bit small and the going quite slow. Felt safe as traffic was moving reasonably slowly but v hot and steep. GPS should suffice for navigation but not local road maps.More

Great coffee in a University based crowd. Had the iced chai and an iced Americano. Iced chai was a little too sweet by default, but still good. Iced Americano was great.

It's a shame Mocha Spoke has the employees they do. They are great when the owner is around and then ignore and are rude to patrons when the owner is gone. Great food and drinks, especially coffee drinks, but I hated going because of the...employees.More

Good place to stop for local food, fancy coffee and other drinks on the way to and from the University. Most of seats taken by students glued to laptops and talking shop among themselves. Wonderful pressed panini sandwiches. Nothing better than ice water on a...day in the mid 80's (both temperature and humidity). To top it off they rent bikes and arrange bike tours. Nice!More
