I was expecting more from Michelin star restaurant, really. The beef and deer was okay, but nothing special. I would not come back for this price. (38e each)

Beautifull restaurant. We had 4 courses paired with wine. Everything was just amazing. We felt very welcome. We will definitely come back
After some very rich dishes in Cortina, this gem of a restaurant was a welcome change! The ambience is lovely and comfortable, service was attentive but not pushy, and the food was absolutely delicious. The tuna (as previously mentioned) was amazing and pasta dishes were...perfect. Also REALLY enjoyed the variety dessert plate. Only complaint would be portion sizes were on the small size, but this was expected with a fine dining restaurant. Would absolutely recommend!More
Our hotel Logacio recommended this restaurant to us when I said I needed to have some seafood, and it didn't disappoint in any way. I had the octopus appetizer which came on a bed of pureed peas that was really delicious, and then I had...the seared tuna and it was so very light and perfectly cooked... my friend had a nice big salad and then the pasta with venison which also also excellent. I would highly recommend it; brava Astrid.More
This restaurant was recommended to us but we had no reservation so we had to book one table for the next day. The service is pleasant and the food is nice but a bit overpriced.
This is our christmas dinner place in Colfosco for 5 years now. Best restaurant in Colfosco: great food and nice people. Very recommendable.
We went to this place twice during our stay in Colfosco as we were extremely happy with the food and service at this family run restaurant. Cosy and slightly luxurious, but not pretentious. Just the perfect place for a dinner in the mountains! Yummy Italian...food with fresh local ingredients! We were a family of 6 from India and found plenty of vegetarian options!More
This is a remarcable restaurant for such a small place as Colfosco. The menu is creative while tasteful as only the Italian in my experience can combine the two. It is innovetive without pretentiosness. The atmosphere is familiar an cosy, as it is, indeed, a...family owned restaurant. The prices are high, too high for what it offers, in my opinion, but the overall experience is well worth it. If in Colfosco, you shoould try it at least once.More
Stria serves classical Italian and regional dishes made from top ingredients, with a local Alpine touch to them – pastas with local herbs, for instance. Excellent throughout. Good bread and good wines by the glass. Food arrives fast.
Fantastic food!! Great service. It is the Best restaurant in Colfosco. And it is the most expensive also.
There were fabulous choices on the menu and they were very willing to adapt to meet my need for gluten free. The server worked very hard to make sure the meal was safe for me to eat. I had lamb chops and there were 4...large ones on the plate, perfectly cooked, along with some very attractively arranged and properly cooked vegetables. Absolutely delicious!More
The dinner was really excellent .... you dont believe it when entering the restaurant. It's a little bit old style. The service was good ...ok, but the room could be more "excellent" (do you like to hear the dish washing mashine whilst an excellent dinner?).... What a great cook must be in this kitchen :-)More
We went with high expectations to our first visit of Stria and i must confess that i had expected something more than a creative menu. The dishes we tried where beautifully arranged but what i was missing was a surprise in taste. Stria is a...beautiful elegant restaurant with a very diverse menu that is high class and balanced and they offer high quality wines to modest prices. You can spend a fantastic evening in here but the cuisine is not as special as described- at least compared to an internationally/ urban standard.More
This place is not particularly cheap - although, being in Italy (albeit the Sud Tirol/Alto Adige) , it is not desperately expensive. Excellent cuisine, with some international aspects. Take a glass at a time and sample their selection of more or less local wine.
The restaurant tries to be a gourmet place but only gets half way. The service is good enough and the presentation of the dishes is nice, but the taste does not justify the price.
