We stopped here on our way through town on an East coast road trip. We had been recommended by our B&B host a few towns away. Tasty food, friendly staff and lovely decor make this a great place to eat.

Very tasty lunch! I had the chowder....very tasty. So nice in fact that my husband and daughter dug in toooo even though they’d had their own lunch which was also very good. Hope we’ll be back

Great meal options at sensible prices. Easy to find in the shopping area. Used by the locals so they know!

nice setting, but very sloppy, paid $6.50 for an iced coffee, which was an espresso shot with cold milk. that took 25 sec by a teenaged boy.

My boyfriend and I went to the cafe for lunch and the food was ok. The service felt very rushed and the staff were not really that friendly. I think it was due to the fact that they close quite early around 2pm but we...More

We passed town on our trip and decided to have lunch here. What a great choice! Everything was delicious: the creamy chowder, the veggie wrap and the coffees. I wish I had saved some space for dessert as the muffins looked very appetizing...

We stopped for a quick lunch - the wraps were brilliant as was the coffee. Worth a stop in this interesting little town. In particular check out the Maori carvings in the church and pick up a guide to the historic buildings.
