Delicious gyozas and a huge selection of interesting beers. Very friendly staff. We went there with our 20 month old grand daughter and the staff were so good making her a bowl of rice with tofu.

We were staying only a few doors away and found this little gem after our first day up the mountain. 3-5pm is happy hour with a beer and gyoza's. Best gyoza's we tried in town and lots of different craft beers, ciders etc. Japanese love their beer!! And make it well too :) Staff were amazing, everyone gave off such a great vibe. We went daily with our 11 and 13 year old kids and they loved it too.

Went twice for the selection of beers and two ciders, 12 on tap in total.
This is a bit of a tourist hang out and has good ambience. Staff are very friendly and laid back.
The gyozas are pan fried and come very crisp and moreish, among the best I've had.

Hard to remember that we were in Japan! Felt like I was in a Japanese style restaurant in Australia. Lots of Australians and other foreigners working and eating there. Not really the reason we came to Japan for, but with most other restaurants turning us away due to no dinner reservation & hungry kids, we decided to dine there.
The atmosphere was nice, restaurant and bar clean & the gyoza very delicious-we ordered more!!
Family friendly, noticed even a small play area for under 4’s my fussy kids found something on the menu to eat. They tried the gyoza and 2/3 liked it 👍
We would return there, but prefer a Japanese dining experience when in Japan.

This is a great bar to come to apres ski. They have happy hour between 3-5pm with a beer gyoza deal. The atmosphere is good .. buzzing with happy skiers. The menu looks good for lunch as well and they have board games for the kids to keep them entertained.

Great staff, food and beverage, space, functional WiFi, music, sports on the telly, and walking distance to slopes and onsen. Accommodation is reasonably-priced upstairs, making it an even shorter trip for those on site. Limited parking, but at the hub of the neighborhood. International/Japanese patrons make a great night of meeting new and old friends. Nozawa must do.

Hung out here during a snowstorm and didn’t want to leave! Housemade gyoza with local flavours (Nozawana, kimchi and shizo as examples) paired perfectly with the craft beers from neighbouring regions. The place was packed at 6pm and got busier. Best to book ahead during peak season. Great food and good value for money.

Absolutely delicious, we had more and more and more.
From ceiba 9 years old. This is the best gqoza I have ever tried. My favourite one was the Mexican gyoza. Do not leave without trying the dessert. The gyoza stuffed with banana with white chocolate in side and ice cream 😀😃😄

This was top on our list from our pre-trip planning to go for some dumplings for dinner. While the dumplings were good, they were also just dumplings.
The place is basically a bar with dumplings and a few other dishes. Go with friends for drinks, top it off with some dumplings, but don’t go if your looking for a dinner restaurant as it’s not that.

Stopped in for an evening meal of gyoza. Very friendly staff. Good cosy atmosphere.
In Nozawa to ski but unfortunately there was not snow at the time. Places like this made it a good holiday despite absence of snow.

We sat at the bar and ate some lovely food. Not the best gyozas as the were a bit water filled which I haven’t experienced before but the atmosphere and the staff were lovely. Make sure you book in advance.
