About
The idea was born in the family Bertola & Marcante , always close to the agricultural world with plans to develop and redevelop the propio territory by opening their agricultural activity to a more modern management and in step with the times. Specifically it aims to offer the tourist, the opportunity for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and traditional agriculture. He was also made a restaurant that allows tourists an adequate and nice refreshment with tastings of typical and local products from the same company and consortia agricultural cultivation in the Novara. The structure consists of the ground floor of an entrance that leads directly to the bar small but very cozy with a showcase fridge always full of sweetness of the house next door is a magnificent dining room with exposed beams, seeing the windows you can admire a fantastic view on the immense park with a pond. Leaving the room we are in great patio where there is a chance to eat. Upstairs are located two rooms for guests. The first room is a bedroom in country style but with all the comfort and has a large bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed with two wooden hand-carved by a carpenter in the area, complete with all modern comforts, has a private bathroom. The project involves the construction of a horse farm activities with attached garage in addition to an increase in the production of small fruits already present and cultivated by the family (in particular Fosseno strawberries and other fruits such as blackberries, raspberries, currants and gooseberries ) And 'the study the construction of cattle breeding with a small lake for fishing with brown trout and salmon. Next to ' horse farm is planned also the possibility of hosting in the spaces provided the horses of private. The work as a whole and directly managed by the family who will take care of the production, commercialization and marketing. All the facilities are heated with a wood-burning thermal power plant that with a small district heating network and can provide hot water and heat to all properties in addition to the solar energy panels installed on the roof. Our facilities are located close to a number of mountain trails suitable for hiking, horseback or mountain bike . The combination of good food and nice people. Local ingredients to compose simple yet fabulous food. A must when passing in the area. During week days, lunch with "menu fisso" at an affordable price.

dont expect typical italian pizza pasta this is authentic mountain food ,glorious and rural you may be served various meats ..pork beef horse or donkey ..dont be put off its stunning
