It has been two years since I was going to eat and today has been harmful both food and bad service. We've been given a strawberry salamorejo that had nothing, it looked like a watermelon broth. We decided to opt for something simple for dinner and try the burgers that were presented on the menu as "Black Angus". Although we didn't expect the meat to fall into this category, we couldn't imagine it would ruin our experience. It was surprisingly hard and rubbery, impossible to chew. A compact meat like I had never tasted that immediately dispelled all our expectations in a quite welcoming and promising garden. We didn't try the rest of the menu so I can't rate the restaurant's food in general, but with a "correct" burger we would have been satisfied.

A very cozy restaurant, with a wide variety of foods. We went as a family and tried a variety of dishes from the menu, which we really enjoyed. Really nice and attentive staff. An experience out of 10, highly recommended.

We have eaten two different days and we have been delighted. Very good food and excellent staff.
Super friendly and charming with children.
Without a doubt if I pass through the area I will repeat.

Room was full of smoke from fore place or oven terrible to breathe. Noise absolutely terrible like open space with high ceiling is a killing. Staff obsequious and not efficient. Wine proposed with the menu not drinkable. Food a huge disappointment kind of what u do home with average skills plates not really presented in a pro way. Would not recommend it. Not worth it.

There were at least four options for each course along with a bottle of wine and water between the two of us.
The food was freshly prepared and you could tell it was made in the kitchens, there was nothing out of a packet.

The whole family was at El Zaguán yesterday eating once again. The truth is that we love the service and the food, the girls who work there are very professional and have a very good kitchen, we love the candied artichokes and rice with lobster and of course my delight, the cheesecake.

Horrible: poor quality of food, endless waiting times, (2 and a half hours between starters and dessert). All these complaints were expressed to the manager, who was very arrogant, and no response was obtained.
