Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Located next to the Caramanico Bridge, the arrival point of one of the most picturesque paths, this restaurant offers a welcoming and bright atmosphere. The room is spacious and pleasantly lit, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff, always friendly and with a touch of sympathy, helps to create a relaxed and convivial environment. Here you can taste the real traditional food, prepared with excellent quality ingredients, at a more than affordable price. A must for those who want to taste authentic dishes after a day of hiking.

Every time I return to Caramanico it is a must to stop at the La Noce Restaurant. I was there with my family for the bridge of Saints and as always we were very satisfied. All dishes from appetizer to dessert are very good and the service is attentive and friendly. Bruschetta excellent as the handmade arrosticini; delicious also the cut of sheep. Also, as always, the good Simone recommended the wine best suited to the foods we ordered. Recommended.

After calling two or three places, all closed for lunch on Tuesday (???) we arrived at La Noce and I have to say "luckily", since we ate excellent appetizers (hot trio with tripe, bruschetta and ventricina), first courses (sagna in broth with chickpeas and bacon) and to finish a great walnut semifreddo. All served with courtesy and availability, at an absolutely low price. Recommended!

Typical tourist restaurant.
Lunch for 9 people. They make us sit down, we start ordering and they tell us that the truffle was finished, so they ask us to order different first courses from those requested. We order them and, after more than half an hour, we are informed that the ingredients for that other type of first course were also finished.
Disappointing balls, small, dry.
Mediocre parmesan. It fades to the grill served cold.
I would not recommend this restaurant.

We had already been to this restaurant about a year ago. It definitely improved with the presence of a team of young and willing guys. The dishes are good, even improved desserts. They can go further, for example by replacing frozen fries with fresh potatoes. They are located in the Maiella park, next to the beautiful Orfento valley and in a Parse where you compete for the most beautiful vegetable garden, the largest tomato and the best potato....
Peel the potatoes, fry them and maybe serve them in the shape of chips or with all the peel.
Propose local products and write it on the menus.... And next year the score will surely rise

Truly a surprising place, with a varied menu and a great selection of wines. Perfect wine service to sommelier standard. Fresh and very soft meat and liver roasts. A priceless value for money

We were the first ones to arrive when they opened. Sat outside on the patio. Service was good, however, the food was just okay. The sage and butter ravioli -- I've had much better. We ordered a fettuccine dish that the pasta was a little too al dente, very "chewy." Arrosticini were very flavorful, but super small with 4 pieces per stick, so order accordingly. House white wine was not good...tasted sour like it was fermented. Been to Abruzzo many times and always had superb food and wine, but not here.

Bad reception. We attended a group lunch and we and our dog were turned away and we were asked to eat on the sidelines at a table at the entrance of the restaurant, away from our group that accompanied us.
True to our motto: who does not want our dog, does not want our money, we went to eat elsewhere.

Years have passed, new generations have taken over, their quality remains intact. Pallotte Cacio Ova are one of the many dishes that confirm what I say. Delicious pappardelle (strictly homemade) with wild boar.
Thanks for the kindness and helpfulness,’especially with the children.

We enjoyed as a group after the hike in the gorge of the National Park the local wine and food. We had the typical pallotte cacio e uovo (ball of cheese, egg and bread) from the Abruzze, bruschetta with aubergine, sausage or tomato, antipasti of cheese, salami, bresaola. Nice place at the end of Caramanico Terme close to the bridge over the gorge.

The restaurant is located right on road no. 487, in a very convenient position, at the entrance to Caramanico Terme coming from the valley. The young and discreet staff welcomed us well. We had pappardelle with wild boar and gnocchi in truffle sauce. The first courses were good and plentiful. As a second course, roast lamb and scamorza with ham. The bill is more than honest. I would recommend very soft background music.
