We have a house in Caramanico and have been eating locally for over 14 years. We always support local business and want the town to prosper so I felt
compelled to write this review. We came for dinner but weren't told the al a carte menu was finished until after they had served us water and taken our wine order. They could only serve the lunch menu but we said that was fine. It wasnt!! Soup was bland and just about warm. Pasta was a stodgy reheated tasteless mess. We were told the meat was pork. 2
small bits of leather maybe lamb? not sure - lots of hard fat running throught it. Spoonful of vegetable mess. Clearly this was all cooked at lunchtime and just reheated- badly. It takes a few minutes to cook some fresh pasta and grill a piece of meat no proper cook would serve this! 51 euros and the worse meal we have ever had- ever! Als no view, terrace tables weren't cleared so no service either. The menu may be typical but the quality certainly wasn't.
