This is the third time I have had dinner at the restaurant. Last in March 2024 they are in new facilities. The place is very pleasant, the employees serve very well, there is a harmony between the team and a very good energy where employees work smiling. I always order pizza, and the carbonara pizza option is the best I've ever tried. I would venture to say that it is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Beautiful place, inexperienced service, but super helpful. Delicious food, especially for the breads produced at home. Playlist very nice, good price! I was surprised by the experience in a small town. If one day return to Lages, it will be a place I want to visit again.

This restaurant has always been a reference for me and my family when we went to Lages. Wonderful food, friendly service, but the price this time was stratospheric!! The amount of food served decreased considerably (I would say by half) and its value went up a lot. I am a fan of good food, served in good quantity and without losing quality, I go to many restaurants and I see that Muzzarella has lost its gourmet appeal, a shame!!! Lost customer!

We have been here several times as it is convenient to the hotel where we stay but also because the locals recommend it. Wood fired oven pizza and excellent service. We do not get pizza this good very often.

Went to the pizza side of the restaurant on a Friday evening, had a 20 minute wait at 9PM, with obvious open tables. The hostess did a good job of accommodating our large party of 6, and moved our table when the first table by the door was too cold and noisy. Once you got the waiter's attention, the food was fairly quick. But if you don't speak up, you will starve. They had many pizza choices and let us make up our own combinations... It was nice to try 2 or sometimes 3 different arrays of toppings on the same pizza. The house red wine was not worth anything.... Do not get it. The higher-than-average rating was for the helpful hostess and the waiter, once we flagged him down.
