I had a very disappointing experience at Atlas Super Club last night. What was supposed to be an enjoyable evening was completely ruined by a particular staff member named Mirah, whose behavior was nothing short of unacceptable.
After ordering Vodka and Whiskey, the drinks we received tasted like nothing more than Sprite and Coke. When I politely addressed this concern to Mirah, she immediately became defensive and extremely disrespectful. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she began shouting, accusing me of complaining, when all I was doing was bringing up a legitimate concern.
Instead of trying to sort out this horrible experience, Mirah made it even worse by continually accusing me of complaining, which ultimately got me so furious that we ended up leaving the club. Her attitude and lack of professionalism are beyond belief. This is by far the worst experience we’ve ever endured from a staff member in a club, and we’ve been to several clubs around the world.
As if this wasn’t bad enough, she further escalated the situation by falsely claiming that we had ordered 8 drinks when we were only on our 2nd and it was just my husband and I. It turns out the server had been punching in drinks without our knowledge. Mirah’s attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for someone in customer service.
I went to Atlas Super Club to have a good time, and was expected to review the experience as a professional blogger but instead, I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. While the layout of the club is nice, the attitude of their staff is utterly pathetic.
With this staff member still operating I would absolutely NOT recommend this experience if you’re looking to book a table or review the venue as a blogger. The service was horrible from the moment I stepped in, and it’s a shame that such a promising venue is let down by such poor management and a disrespectful employee who clearly needs supervising or further training or both.

i was visit Atlas Super Club, this is the best club in Bali. With a great crowd of both tourists and locals, it makes for an awesome nightlife experience. The place is open till 3am every night, which attracts people from all over Asia and beyond, they also have event free entry ticket for ladies group.

I visited W Atlas Super Club. It was a great time! The DJ's have amazing beats and mix well with the crowd, even though it was packed. I would highly recommend this club if you're visiting Bali, perfect place to see what's going on in this part of town

Big and spacious club with different crowds of domestic tourists, foreign visitors and foreign residents. Good music, spectacular laser and screen shows. Plenty of seatings. Located just beside Atlas Beach club.

Atlas Super club the worst experience i’ve ever had in Bali or actually anywhere in the world! Apart from being over priced it’s dangerous, they allow other patrons to harass you physically and mentally, they don’t provide transport options home, the drinks are slow and well over priced, I felt unsafe and ripped off

This venue is inside the atlas beach fest, all packed in 1 place and this place is very complete, inside there is already a market place, beach club and night club, the place is also very friendly to pets.
