It's an art poured in a succulent pastries!

This is a not-to-be-missed place in Canggu if you have a sweet tooth. The chef is an artist and every cake, chocolate, maccaron, everything is just so good without exaggeration. I bought the St Honoré cake for my boyfriend's birthday and he literally came back a few times to this place to get the same thing. I keep coming back to try every product! :D

Best pastry ever tried in the world

We’ve been visiting bali many times last few years and we was expecting something special coming, when Vincent Nigita opened we was more than happy ! The pastries here are works of art and are to die for. Too many luscious selections to choose. So many delectable pastries, so many yummy macarons, so many different chocolate tabs, and many crazy french specialities like madeleines or sea salt chocolate sablés, all were quite delicious and there was a flavor for all different kinds of dessert lovers. To resume : Excellent, Inventive & tasty. Do not miss this place if you are a pastry lover.

Best desserts and chocolates in Bali!

Vincent's incredible creations arrived just in time for the holiday season and I'm so happy to have found this gem. Filled to the brim with the most delicious desserts and chocolates. I've struggled to find places that don't use excessive amount of sugar - Vincent found the perfect balance, as they use less sugar and only natural flavouring. By far the best desserts I've tasted in Bali and could not recommend it enough. If you're in Canggu and looking for dessert, this is the place to go!

Very nice dessert but need a better service on pre order

We tried the macarons a week ago and it was amazing, even though its a little pricy but the taste and the texture was really good. The other cakes looks beautiful too. So we decided to order some cakes and macarons for birthday. We put the detail order through WA to avoid mistake and requested for a birthday note on a chocolate piece. They informed that i can do the payment on the pick up date and they will prepare it all. Unfortunately, when i come to pick up the cakes, they already sold one of the cake that i order, and they don't even prepare the birthday note as well. No effort offered to fix it. It was too late for me to order somewhere else. And i really really disappointed on how they handle it. I did the order to make sure all is well, but i guess i put my expectation too high on the service they offer.

REALLY... REALLY... REALLY BAD SERVICE

Was there for 4 adults 1 small child. We ordered the cookies below and we went upstairs to sit down. We ordered drinks and after a while the order hadn't arrived and our cakes were ready. We asked the waiter where the drinks were and to our surprise the staff answered so very disrespectfully / rude, and the customer next to us was also surprised by the reaction from the waiter. He said our order already in process with a rude response, but I saw the waitress just walking around and not even prepare our drinks and our cake was finished and we needed the drinks. PS : the woman who works behind the bar needs to be more patient with complaint from customers. Your attitude is not polite how you handle the complaint. Very very bad 👎👎👎 Sorry .... there are lots of Coffee and Patisserie places out there we can go and have more respect for customer.

Dear George, First, we would like to apologize for our response delay. As bad as this excuse may sound, we had issues with our account login until now. We regret that your experience wasn't to its best and we are very unpleasantly surprised that you could have encounter rudeness from our staff. We know them to be so lovely. We are daily working on making guest's experience level as high as the quality of our pastry. Again, we are sorry about this unpleasant moment and I can assure you that it is an isolated incident. As the manager, I'm personally on the floor everyday to ensure guest satisfaction and I'm shocked that I haven't been told of it on the spot. Next time I recommend to direct your complaint to the person in charge instead of our barista. In hope we can welcome you again soon in our unique Dessert Bar concept, for an enjoyable and memorable time.

Clueless service

Waiter wasnt able to access reservation list (we made a reservation), and hence hesitated to seat us. The waitresses downstairs hesitated to let us go to the cafe and indicated rudely that we have to pick a cake. Waiter upstairs did not know what a Decaf coffee is (!). Hopeless service.

Once I discovered this place, I was completely addicted ! Everything is so sweet and perfect. And just right. Vincent is the friendliest, always polite and always ready for my order. We ordered some chocolat bunnies for Easter and even a birthday cake that was to die for. We have never tasted the pate de fruit as delicious as his.... everything is so good and perfectly sweetened. For sure I won't go anywhere else when I want some chocolat. Tried out the dessert bar upstairs and woooowwww.

Extraordinary culinary experience

To discover this place, it's to discover an other side of the cooking world. In a charming and convivial atmosphere, Vincent and his staff will make you travel in a complexe universe of tastes and colors. Behind the bar, you are the witness of the dedication of the peoples there, for the job well done. Let me say also that the cocktails that usually join your meal are various and delicious. Cooker, bar tender, waitress they all form a united and efficient team. This words are for you reader but also for them. I will come back with pleasure and you should go to meet this team and the artist, Vincent, who more than a cook is also a fantastic human. Enjoy you meal

Took the wrong turn while

Took the wrong turn while driving and found this hidden Gem ,seriously could not believe scrumptious choices once we went with display of desserts to die for. At first we thought they had no seating then got directed to beautiful Richfield view upstairs dining room . Pistachio and chocolate cakes were Devine . We will be backkkk .

Delicious Dessert in Canggu area

Vincent Nigita Patisserie is designed to give a pleasure an enchanted desserts to give an amazing taste for its customers. Learned and started from the restaurants 3 Michelin stars, Vincent landed in Bali and would like to share his journeys with you through his pastry creation. I think all dessert items are good in this pastry place, all delicious. The place is good and simple. The price is quite high. Over all, Vincent Nigita Patisserie is a good place to eat dessert and to hangout. Enjoy!

Certainly our go to place for desserts and chocolates. His creations are magnificently gorgeous and a journey of wonderment for your palate. Certainly a go to for the sweet tooth in us... disclaimer: weight gain is the side effect! Hehehe

I went there twice - made a trip specifically to this destination and both times was lied about the working hours and rejected service. I will never recommend this place to any of my friends again.

A hidden gem

I was there last week end with my wife and some friends, for a degustation of their desserts. It was unbelievable, first the taste of each and every plate is amazing, but the best part was to see the chef creating with passion his desserts in front of us ! An incredible experience that we will try again soon for sure !
