So happy we discovered Manggis. Have become a regular visitor for the great menu, friendly service and value. Highly recommend the overnight muesli and king oyster mushroom avo to
ast for breakfast, the vegan cubano for lunch and the banana go nuts smoothy (for breakfast, lunch or dinner and all in between).
Excellent attentive and friendly staff, great value, beautiful ambience. Highly recommended.

This is absolutely my favorite vegan place in Canggu area. They have parking lot for car (this means something in Bali) to begin with.
The staffs are very friendly and their product knowledge on the menu is really outstanding and helpful..
4 times I went there, I and my friends order different items from the menu (all plant based) and all of them are delicious..
Jackfruit sliders and the vegan goulash are highly recommended

If you’re in Canggu, you HAVE to go to Manggi’s. Easily the best value restaurant in Canggu if not bali. The food is always insanely fresh and the staff are kind beyond belief. I’m there at least a few times a week now as it’s become my new favorite spot here for delicious food and a great atmosphere.
Dishes you have to try:
Healthy - House Salad Bowl 🥗
Indulgent - Rendang 🤤
Sweet: the Island Dough Cookies oh my god

This restaurànt is within walking distance from Berawa beach. They provide healthy food, coffee, smoothies and breakfast menu. The prices are included taxes, so you wont get any addition surprise when you pay. The ambience is good, most of the customers are foreigners. Some menus may not be your taste, if you have local taste like myself. However, I recommend to visit this place.

Dear reader,
If you go to this beautiful place. You will feel the warm welcome and the care that they put in there food as in there service.
We both are vegan and the options we could eat here were very highly taste, design (the whole experience).
We had different dishes and went here 3 times.. I wish we know this place before..
Go on experience and try out.

Omg! I was shocked how great can be a vegan food! I visited many restaurants but to be honest Manggis immediately became one of my most favorite right now! Sooo sooo good. We couldn't decide which dish to try first so we ordered 3 of them: Laksa, Goulash and Jacfruit Rendang and it was unbelievable delicious! Can't wait to try other dishes, croissants and desserts. Thank you so much for this experience, this place can make you easily vegan if you are not yet.

Manggis in canggu restaurant is family traditional an indonesian architecture with minimalist elements. I like it they use a recycled wood and bamboo and work with local artisans.
During covid, I always prefer to sit in an outdoor place. and they have indoor and outdoor terrace surrounded by a variety of tropical plants, nice!
The staffs are friendly and helpful. I like their breakfast menu such as avocado toast & acai magic bowl. Manggis in canggu also provides varieties of salad, appetizer, main course such as pasta, nasi rendan, nasi campur bali and sandwiches.
Over all, manggis in canggu is a good place to eat and to hang out. Selamat makan

My husband and I have been coming to Manggi's at Canggu for a year now with every trip to Bali & we can't get enough of the awesome food here. Every dish is a winner - and the breakfast menu doesn't even have a competition. They have hit the bulls eye in taste, service, ambience, menu selection. Keep up the good work and please open branches in Jakarta and India!

By far, the best food we had on Bali. We NEVER repeat a restaurant while traveling, but the food and service here was so good, we went back 3 times in 3 days! From jackfruit rendang to smoothie bowls to the best vegan whipped cream to amazing vegetarian satay, you can’t go wrong.
(If you are a mosquito magnet like me, take advantage of the organic repellant they have on hand ;-)

Searching for Masala chai in Canggu.
Pluses ✅
They have proper leaf masala tea which is quite good
Tea is served in a pot which was the best option I’ve seen yet.
Venue is quite scenic in gardens on a busy street corner.
Minuses
The tea is brewed on water not milk.
To get a milky chai it was either powder in chai latte form or order a glass of steamed milk on the side. Which is obviously extra.
No honey as the venue is vegan, had brown sugar in packets as a sweetener option.
Staff were pretty decent.
All in all it was pretty good but just didn’t really have what I was after.

I’m not vegan nor anti-vegan. Manggis is the first vegan restaurant I have tried. I did so because it’s a lovely, inviting garden spot on a corner in Canggu. The place attracted me... but I’ll be back for the food! What an astonishingly creative and varied menu—international and Indonesian favorites with spin after spin on the ingredients. And wow are the results delicious. I’m not a committed vegan, but I’m committed to Manggis.

We sat down in this restaurant because it was conveniently close to our hotel. We were about to leave when we saw there was only vegan food on the menu, but we are very glad we stayed. We had the raw mango burrito which was an explosion of great tastes and the house salad bowl which was recommended! Great and clean flavors in perfect combinations!

Wow. What a great start to my solo visit to Canggu. I have been before but the food in Bali just seems to be getting better. Manggis set the bar pretty high. I stumbled across this place for breakfast. Not far from my accommodation. A beautiful garden vibe I sat down and was promptly told it's all Vegan. I am not but thought what the hell. Well it was nothing short of delicious. I had avocado classic and it was damn amazing. A huge plate of yum and the coffee was one of the best. I'm sure the rest of the menu will be just as nourishing and delicious. I'm fighting not to go again today. Oh and as a solo traveler I felt very comfortable. Lots of singles, people tapping away working. It's a thumbs up from me

Lovely garden atmosphere with friendly staff. Great range of breakfast options. Loved the avocado toast with beetroot paste and cauliflower sprinkled on top. Fabulous coffee with their own manggis milk blend.
