Intro
Wellington, New ZealandJoined in Jan 2014
New Zealand's only funicular railway that is still running, operated since 1902. The Cable Car is situated at the end of the Cable Car Lane (between Countdown the supermarket and the Flight Centre), off Lambton Quay in the heart of Wellington's central business district and provides a unique form of public transport from the city to the suburb of Kelburn and the top of the Botanic Garden. Easy access to the Cable Car Museum, Space Place, Zealandia and cafes.
