We are of course saddened to hear that you left feeling disappointed this time. During this years slower season and due to the challenging labor shortage most businesses are faced with, we have been taking a short pause on midweek breakfast and lunch service to provide our staff a much needed break. We are looking forward to resuming full service this winter season. We apologize for any confusion regarding the shuttle services. Complimentary shuttle services to and from your room are available via Bell Staff. We do have a shuttle bus as well that can take you from the top of the resort to the bottom. After speaking with our staff, it is our understanding that there may have been some miscommunication and we are so sorry if that put a damper on your experience.
