Wall mask to ward off evil spirits ... I suppose.
Kilauea spinach, black rice, char siu pork, red pepper, carrot, sesame seeds was a must have for me. I never had black rice before. I can understand why this is a signature dish.
I was surprised by the shape of this musubi but the taste and texture of this Hawaiian delight was a pleasant reminder of musubis past.
