This is Drunken Chicken, a cold dish as a starter.  It is tender chicken slow-cooked in soup till done, and then chilled and soaked in Chinese wine.  You will smell wine before the dish lands on your table.
This is sliced beef with spring onion served on sizzling iron plate.  You hear and smell and everybody is watching as it comes you way.  We also offer sliced mutton as an alternative.
