Hi, Cheryl B! Thanks very much for your review! So very glad to hear you loved your first experience with us, but a little disheartened to read of your second experience! We provide very thorough training for our staff - about two or so weeks worth of training. In this instance, although we trained your waitperson about which ID's are acceptable and which aren't, she obviously forgot. She was 15 years old, so it may just have slipped her mind - apologies for this! Also, sorry to read of your cocktail issue. Next time, please let someone know and we will have another drink re-made for you. Thanks again for taking the time to review us - we hope to serve you again soon!
