Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your evening. New Zealand scallops not in season currently. They are also very rare and not easy to come by. They're delicious when they're available, but the are significantly smaller than the Atlantic and Japanese scallops that are plentiful and available all year round. Yes, these do come to us vacuum packed and frozen. Our breaded scallops are a signature dish and very popular here at Sails. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy them. We would have been more than happy to bring you something else had you mentioned this when dining with us. We do hope you will come and see us again, perhaps try something else next time
