Dear Becky M, Thank you for posting a review of the Premier Inn Liverpool Albert Dock. I'm pleased to read that you were happy overall with your stay. The corridor leading to the lifts has protective material to ensure the amtico flooring underneath is not damaged whilst the lifts are being removed/installed. There is a pull up banner advising guests of refurbishment works located in the reception area. We follow an estate wide policy with our towels, however, should any guest require additional towels, then they merely need to contact reception and extra's will be happily provided. The windows can get very dusty particularly on the dock side, and when you factor in the wind and rain, these windows can look extremely filthy internally. I appreciate the constructive feedback, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the not too distant future. Kind Regards Ian Callaghan
