Thank you for leaving a review GlobeTrotting802771. I apologise on the manager’s behalf. We are all only human and I’m sure you can imagine tempers sometimes run high. The manager did speak quietly with the member of staff in question, apologised for the outburst then corrected the behaviour that caused the incident in a professional manner. As far as your food is concerned you ordered the 5oz steak with your meal which is designed for small to moderate appetites. For those who require a little more we do offer an upgrade to an 8oz rump, an 8oz sirloin or a 9oz ribeye for only a couple of pounds more. Perhaps the next time you visit a Sizzling pub you could explore your options with your server? I’m sorry you feel you cannot return to us but I hope you return to the brand. Yours sincerely A.
