Dear Madame/Sir. At first, Thank you very much for choosing us for your vacation. Thank you for your kind comments. The management and the staff work together to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable stay. For our staff there is no greater satisfaction than to know that our guests have felt well taken care of. Ours is not a new hotel but we work hard to keep it in good shape. We are also renovating appointed rooms and air conditioning equipment. We recently acquired a sufficient amount of deck loungers that are sure to meet the demands of our customers. We have already finish the construction of the new Ranchón Beach and placement of umbrellas in the pool and beach areas. At this time, we have begun the total renovation of the small pool and the exterior painting of the entire Hotel We will continue our hard work to keep improving our facilities and services.
