Dear Janice, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and despite a wait for your room, you enjoyed it. Please understand, in these unusual times, the hospitality sector has been one of the most affected business's and all premises are struggling to get staff, hence, the limited menus, temporarily. However, we do call all guests who are due to stay with us, 2 or 3 days before hand to ask if they wish to make a dinning reservation. The reception team also ask guests if they would like to make one, too. However, I have raised the issue with both reception and F&B managers who will address.
