We had an unforgettable day out on the water with Coro Cowboys! 🎣 In just two hours, we hit our limit – the fishing was absolutely incredible. Every time we dropped our lines, we either caught something or had our bait snatched away. A huge shoutout to the skipper, who took the time to show my son how to fish. It was a special moment for him, and he learned so much. The deckhand was equally fantastic, always ready to take the fish off the hook as soon as we reeled them in, ensuring no time was wasted. Overall, we had a supreme fishing experience. Thanks to the Coro Cowboys team for making it such a memorable trip. We can't wait to come back!

This is our third time with Ben and he doesn't disappoint. He's constantly using his experience and knowledge to get the boat in the right location and giving us the best chance to hook up. Third time in a row we've hit good sized fish and left very happy with the day and catch. The smaller boat makes it faster to the fishing spot, when compared to the big barge boats that take large groups. He also respects the waters he fishes and sets his size limits well above what's legal

Ben our captain & Zander our deck mate were fabulous. They were both so attentive & courteous. Their knowledge of the local fishing spots was great & Zander had wonderful helpful tips for the best way to hook those big ones. Ben was an extremely competent skipper & we felt safe at all times. We all caught our quota & now have plenty of fish in the freezer. I will definitely recommend Coromandel Cowboy Fishing Charters & will definitely go out with them again. Great value for money.

These guys are absolute pro's! I booked this charter so that my wee nephews (7&9) could go fishing for the first time. And I chose Coro Cowboys because I wanted a guaranteed chance of them catching fish. We couldn't be happier, caught our quota within two hours, the guys were fantastic with little kids. The nephews absolutely loved it! Can't rate the experience highly enough! Definitely going again!

Awesome morning fishing!! The crew were very helpful teaching Mum & Dad the ways of catching snapper as they have never caught them before. The Deckhand was great too, running around baiting up our hooks & taking the snapper of the hock once aboard. We walked away with our bins full of fish. I highly recomend the Cowboys if you want to catch fish and to be treated well.....

Good trip for myself and 3 others of my family. The fish were hard to find but Ben the skipper was happy to move positions and then we were able to strike the fish and got our full quota for the day. We will be booking again in June as we just love it.

Superb adventure. The crew looked after us well giving great hints and tips on fishing. Second outing with Coro Cowboys this year. Strongly recommend them to anyone wanting to have a fun and beneficial adventure.

These guys are amazing. I took my two boys, with the youngest having his first experience fishing on a boat. Ben and Nigel really looked after them and ensured they had the best day out ever. Plus we all caught our quota with some decent sized snapper! Highly recommend these guys, this was our second trip with them and both times were exceptional.

Great fishing charter with Coro Cowboys - we use them every year. Xander & Nigel are amazing - their knowledge of fishing in the Coromandel is huge - we learnt a lot. Chatty & friendly and always there to take fish off the hooks.
