LOVE this place! Hubby & I just went there for the third time. We stay in their RV park. We did yoga, went to the soaking pools, had massages & hiked. Whew! The spa / pools are so relaxing & fun to hop in & out of. My favorite is the mud area. You slather on warm mud, let it dry in the sun & then soak in a muddy pool to wash it off - then shower. So fun! And my skin feels so good after doing this! My husband’s favorite is the steam room - he sits in there forever breathing in the scents & heat. We love the natural beauty of the pool area as well as the entire property. They have a fun bonfire on property in the evening (if not too windy). If you’re interested in the RV area, our favorite for privacy is site 25 or 24. If you want your own private trail to the river site 17 is for you! They have water and electricity - dumping is $20. Go here!!! Enjoy!

This is our last night of a 14 night stay that was only intended to be 3 nights, I couldn't leave!! we stayed in the rv area with a 26' TT for 5 nights then in a posi for 3 nights then back to the rv campgroun, we took all the cancellations they had and made it work! we had lots of wonderful staff that helped us out but I must say that everyday we saw SOFIA she went so far beyond what was expected to make my day so enjoyable .... I really want to pack her in my rv and bring her home if you get a chance to come here (even if you have to detour a few hundred miles) just do it .... you won't regret it!! You can hike, soak, enjoy good food and just relax in a BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!

We're not big spa people but we had some extra time and Ojo Caliente sounded interesting. We were glad we experienced the spa as we signed up for the "private soak" option for $175/couple. As first timers we wish that the procedure had been better explained to us upon checking in but people were friendly. We were given a nice spa robe and locker to use. We found a nice place to lounge in the shade and took advantage of the various pools. The cooling pool was very refreshing at the end. We scheduled our private soak at a time when we thought we would be ready to leave. Having spent 3 hours in the various pools the last hour of the private soak was perfect. We were escorted to the private soak area in a pool that contained many minerals. The private soak also had lounges available next to the pool. The locker room had showers, soap, shampoo and conditioner along with a hair dryer. The entire facility seemed to be well-kept and clean. We did not schedule any massage services as we generally are not fans but we did enjoy the various mineral pools.

We only planned to stay one night. Mother Nature decided we should stay another night as our route home was closed due to weather. 1st night we stayed in building 5 in a regular room. It was nice and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and we were close to all the soaking pools. The simi private Kiva pool was included but was not very warm during our visit. Night 2 we decided to upgrade rooms and went with a PosiPrimo suite. Price $539 this is a very large room with fireplace and a private soaking pool on our private patio. Beautiful room. Bed is very comfortable. And we just loved the fireplace. Only downside here is much further away from soaking pools. Far away from the ice machine. The restaurant is the only option to eat unless you bring your own food. The food is actually pretty good and reasonably priced. The staff here is fantastic and really want you to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back maybe in the spring when the weather is better.
