It was an incredible experience. It was made possible because Rose took care of everything!!! She helped me plan from the beginning. She was very patient, answered any questions, helped decide and plan which activities would work with our schedule. She was there every step of the way, making sure the driver was there, the reservations were confirmed. I just wish we had planned a longer stay!

I booked a 5 days/4 nights Pantanal tour with this agency. The agency was recommend by lonely planet. Before booking, I consulted several agencies and this one was the cheapest including all transfers. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and answered all questions fast. They even reached out during the experience asking me how I was doing. It was an amazing experience. The activities included several boat rides, camping on the last night, floating in the river, canoeing, horse riding and fishing. The facilities in the lodge were good, comfortable beds, AC well functioning, a nice pool and enough time to relax after the activities. Overall, I can really recommend this agency and the pantanal tour!

I contacted Pantanal Viagens &Turismo to book a trip to the north Pantanal in relation to my trip to Brazil in Jan. 2024. I was served by Rose Oyague whom was the most kind, serviceminded and professionel turism officer I have ever met. She went out of the her way to tailor an offer for a solo traveller, despite Pantanal Viagens & Turismo doesn't have trips in the North Pantanal. Rose referred me to Gaspare Tours which I booked a tour through in the end. However it would not have been possible without the help of Rose, who is dedicated, have fluent english proficiency and goes en extra mile to make all details of your trip perfect. Her response time is very short and her dedication and passion for travels is evident in all her comunication. I can highly contacting Rose Oyague and Pantanal Viagens & Turismo for a trip to the Pantanal.

We booked 4 days in the Pantanal Jungle Lodge with Rose. The communication was extraordinary and the organisation very good. Rose is really dedicated and was very helpful when our plans changed in short notice. Woulf recommend it 100%. The price was also cheaper than in other agencies.

We used the Pantanal Viagens e Turismo for our trip to the Pantanal Jungle Lodge. I was contacted by Rose who provided all the information and advice we needed. As mentioned in a previous review she was incredibly diligent, organized, and professional. She helped us organise our travel from Foz do Iguacu and was always available on the end of the phone when needed. When our bus was delayed and we missed our transfer, she actually waited for us at the bus stop and helped arrange our taxi to the lodge and took us to the bank to get everything we needed. She made everything feel really relaxed and taken care of - thank you so so much!

Our contact person in the agency was Rose, and she was great! She responded fast, respectful, kind and listened to our wishes. The agency can arrange everything for you, which meant a smooth and relaxed trip to the Pantanal. No worries about the shuttle from and to Campo Grande. Also, from the airport to our hotel was arranged. Everything happened exactly as planned through the agency, and when the van was slightly delayed to pick us up from the hotel to go to the Pantanal Jungle Lodge, she gave us notice. I would definitely recommend this agency if you want a smooth sailing trip to the most beautiful part of Brasil we have seen so far!
