The ride itself was beyond perfect (vines tour) but the comfort and assist of the e-bikes certainly helped that! The company was professional, prompt, and thorough in every way. We’d never done e-bikes and felt totally comfortable navigating the area after their briefing. LOVED IT. Don’t hesitate to book with them.

All perfect. Beautiful tour, very good bikes and well organized. The weather was good during my trip which is for such an outdoor event also very nice :-) At the end I did some wine tasting at the beautiful place of Mt Rosy. I had decided to take the e-bike version and it was worth indeed.

We did the Arrowtown to Gibbston Valley Tour on ebikes. The hardest part is making the booking! I didn’t really see myself as booking a “tour” because i had watched their online video and I thought i was renting bikes from Arrowtown. This business is however based in Frankton and, unless you want to pick up your bikes in Queenstown, you actually have to book a tour. As part of the tour they will pick you up in Queenstown, bus you and the bikes to Arrowtown and then collect you from an agreed location along your chosen route and then transport you back to Queenstown. If you only book bikes then you don’t get any on the bussing around locations. The trip itself along the Gibbston Valley was great. Even my wife enjoyed it and she is about the least bike-aligned person I know. It is relatively flat, trails are quite wide and quite smooth. Great wineries with good choices for food along the way.

Fabulous day, wonderful guide and great bikes. We all loved it. Great service. The day flew by and even with kids ranging from 10-14 we all enjoyed it. Can’t recommend it enough.

My husband and I did the self-guided Rides to Riches Arrowtown to Queenstown ride. I had an issue with my chain breaking just outside of Arrowtown and Going Blue arrived within 20 minutes to exchange the bike and set us on our way. Hint in case you miss the instructions like I did. Make sure the bike is in low gear BEFORE going up a hill. We really appreciated the quick and friendly service. Also bring water as there are few if any places along the way as most of the trails are remote. The trail system itself is amazing. Very little portion on any road. Most on well maintained tracks through fields, forests, farms and alongside rivers, over numerous brides and by Lake Wakipitu near the end. It didn’t hurt that we had amazing weather and that very few people were on the trails that day. I would highly recommend Going Blue for this trip. The e-bikes we rode were in excellent condition, service was prompt and friendly.

This was an absolutel highlight of our trip!!!! We had booked our bike winery tour as part of our 30th birthday holiday celebrations. Firstly, our guide Christina was INCREDIBLE. She was extremely professional, shared valuable knowledge about the regions wineries and was very easy to get along with. Christina made our trip extremely enjoyable and fun, and kept up the good vibes as we were on holidays for a 30th birthday. Christina was accommodating and even let us play some of our own music on the way home, which was great! We were given a map to follow, and solid instructions on how to use our bikes. We were also given a number to call Christina if we needed any assistance at all along our ride. The wineries were beautiful! The wine was great - but the ride was honestly the highlight of the whole day. Incredible scenery and a beautiful trail to follow. We have been recommending this tour to all our friends and family and look forward to coming back to tour with you again in the future!!

Hired two ebikes for two days. Bikes, which were Trek hard tails, were dropped off and picked up from our accomodation and were perfect for what we wanted to do. They also seemed to be much cheaper than other providers that we looked at. Staff provided great advice on tracks that would suit us which we followed and thoroughly enjoyed.
