We took our two granddaughters here & they absolutely loved it. The environment is so natural& they loved feeding the alpacas.We took about an hour strolling around as they had chickens &goats too. We were lucky enough to see a baby alpaca which was only born the day before. We took some amazing videos. Make sure you take wellies as quite muddy.The girls did some pottery painting after which was fun too. Will definitely come back here again.

Went to Petlake Alpacas today. My wife and I had a great time walking an alpaca called Outrage for an hour as part of a group. Placid individual. Saw dozens of the animals. Was a nice time walking in the woods and giving him feed. We enjoyed the experience and certain a family with kids big enough would do so. Recommend.

My daughter gave me an Alpaca Walking Experience as a gift, so my wife and I went for what was an amazing experience. Co-owner Sue is really passionate about alpacas, providing a relaxed and unhurried environment. We were part of a small group of people and the alpaca walking lasted about an hour. My alpaca was named Casper and he was really affectionate. He walked so close to me that he was leaning against me for most of the time. Other walkers commented on how he responded to me, because Casper was the only alpaca doing this and he didn't even want to get that close to my wife! Having grown up on a farm, perhaps Casper recognised something within me and responded to me by wanting to get as close as he possible could. After the walking had finished, we were allowed to walk around the farm looking at other alpacas, chickens and ducks although, somehow, we missed the goats. There is a small shop, but we didn't purchase anything on this occasion. I hadn't really known what to expect, but I am certainly not disappointed and it proved to be a memorable time spent with my new best friend, Casper.

I’ve often passed this but not called in -decided to detour with grandson in holidays and really glad we did -the initial look of entrance hids a lovejy place to visit He is 5.5 and loved it -he painted a ceramic Wellington for granddad ( paid for boot -small variety of items to choose from )he played on small selection of climbing equipment -he was fascinated by owner who was spinning then we walked to see alpacas and other animals and took food for them We didn’t walk alpacas -so can’t comment on that or cost My only error -didn’t have cash to buy drinks as under minimum of £5

We booked a private alpaca walk, feeding and painting for my sister’s hen party! Georgia did the walk with us and they were so knowledgeable about all the alpacas! It was a beautiful farm and we had a lovely time! Thank you to Susie and her husband for rescuing us after I drove into the bushes!
