Great friendly staff who were very helpful with our stay. We enjoyed dining at Frederick’s patio. The outdoor pool was warm and not too overcrowded. The ping pong table was still available for indoor use during the rainy times. Having a bbq at our two bedroom lake view unit was very convenient.

Last minute 3 night getaway. The service was excellent, friendly, & accommodating . Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The food was amazing and each night there were new specials. The grounds have lots to offer and the outdoor bar was a bonus! The kids loved getting ice cream at the patio. We will return!

Nice relaxing location, family friendly. This location has been making changes to keep people coming back. Lots of water toys for kids and adults. Without meal plan can be expensive to eat. Outside bar is fantastic and service very good. Would recommend to friends and family. WiFi can be very slow. No lodge BBQs

Stayed for four nights. The room was spacious, clean and generously equipped, especially kitchen; it would be nice to have some kind of range hood. Wi-Fi was spotty and slow, we came to have a rest of those things though. The view from the room is amazing. The location, forest and the lake itself are great. Outdoor pool is good, the water is clean and warm, ~28C and it's just a bit cooler in the lake. The restaurant is good, food is tasty. Staff is nice and helpful.

We wanted to send a warm thank you to the folks at Beachwood for their handling of our daughter's postponed then cancelled wedding (due to Covid-19. They still love each other, lol.) We have a cottage down the lane, so this venue was really the only one that made sense to book. It's so beautiful and holds so many memories. The bride and groom, and many family members and guests, live out of the country and even on other continents. We postponed the June 2020 wedding to June 2021. As pandemic restrictions and worries grew it became clear that the wedding was unlikely to happen in summer 2021 either. Jo-anne, Krista and the rest of the Beachwood family treated us with care and respect and were much more than fair in reversing our arrangements. We're truly grateful to you all and hope to be able to celebrate many family milestones at Beachwood Resort in the future. In the meantime, we'll be sure to visit Frederick's restaurant for a delicious meal when it opens in the spring! The Ross and Joseph families xox…
