Thanks to this place for unforgettable one week vacation! First of all would like to thanks animators ladies Sofiya and Ishil for their warm welcoming and being with us all days long ! The location of the hotel is great, you can easily reach all places outside the hotel maximum in 30 minutes. Also, the view from the hotel is 10/10!!! However , hotel management should definitely work on housekeeping services and F&B. We were calling everyday to remind to clean our room and they were just changing our towels, cleaning the toilet and making the bed. In one week they didn’t change our bed linens and bring new slippers even ones. The most interesting part is that we didn’t have bathrobes ,which definitely supposed to be in 5* hotel. Also, the watering flower equipment in the room balconies settled very strange, and everything what you hang for drying will be wet again in the night ,because it works somewhere at 1am. The balconies do not have any keys inside the room, which is not safety at all. We forgot our keys in the room and just entered there easily from the balcony.
Regarding the F&B - I would advise to work on food variety, because its very poor and not that delicious. The service team is a bit slow , which also need to be improved,but still very helpful and kind! Especially waiter Mr. Can, who served us lunch and breakfast.
Moreover,the beach area is very cozy, but cleaning part there is also struggling. It takes a lot of time to find a beach boy to ask for any help.
Baia hotel is more family hotel ,full of families and kids. But if you like to party, you can go outside the hotel , because everything is close enough!
I would recommend this hotel for staying and will definitely come back!

Not a very good experience. The hotel is beautiful for its sea and design, making it convenient to stay with family. We opted for our honeymoon, staying September 1–6. But we were shocked by the secluded management of such a beautiful hotel. At the snack bar, ants roam over lunch fruit, the mouth of the tantuni meat was open and there were bugs, and when I showed them, they said, "Sorry." In Alacarte restaurant there were Kazakh workers and they were so unfriendly that we wanted hamburgers already ready and frozen meat came and we couldn't eat it was cold, we were looking for staff to call. There’s nothing taught about how to communicate with guests and how to ensure guest satisfaction. Alacarte food was a complete failure. I checked the kitchen team before going to the hotel and opted for the wedding because it had a solid staff, but when I left, I was surprised, the food is raw sous chef playing on the phone sitting in chairs. Just returned from a weeks stay at the Baia and must say it has left me a little bit disappointed. The staff were very help full but the running of the hotel is poor as this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. The room was of a good size but I don’t think you should have paper cups for making tea & Coffee in the mini bar was poorly stocked no wine only beer, coke and water rood did not get cleaned every day. Food in the restaurant was self service and if you wish to go to the service restaurant’s you had to pay not what I would call all-inclusive. The hotel was supposed to be child friendly the main pool is very large and great for adults but dangers for kids as all round the edge is 0.2 mts then with no warning drips to 1.35 mts we had a young child walk off the edge on our 1st day without realising good job we were with her it could of ended badly. There are no lifeguards at the pool or children slide pool which on 3 time we went to the water on the slides was turned off. The hotel plays music at the pool up to after 11:30 at night this can be heard in most of the bay and I measured it at 80DB in our room so it was very hard to have an early night and not good for putting young children to bed I expect more from a 5star hotel and would not use this hotel again and I am a regular visitor to Gundogen.

Baia's concept is excellent. I was in Baia Lara 3 years ago, and everything there was excellent and perfect, which gave me confidence in chosing Baia Bodrum as my resort. Regarding Baia Bodrum, whilst the hotel is not very big, in comparison to other hotels, it offerd everything I could ask for. There were plenty of umbrellas by the pool and the beach. The bars are stocked with a wide variety of imported drinks and alcohol, and there is a long list of avalible coctails on all 3 bars if the hotel. The food quality was excellent although it somewhat lacked in variety, as most dishes were similar to each other, and there wasn't enough variety, with the food being similar tothe previus day. The starbucks coffe bar was quite nice, and offerd a reasonable menu, and my kids were pleased with the drinks they ordered.(note: the menu doesn't have all the drinks that a standard starbucks does, but the most imprtant drinks were there). The rooms were regularly cleaned and were spotless, with the room towels being changed daily. One downside to the hotel is that it is built on a hill, so there are a lot of stairs that you have to go up, and there are some sections that cannot be traversed by elevator, and you have to climp up the stairs, which makes the hotel difficult for people who have difficulties with stairs, toddlers in baby carriages, or disabled people. Overall, i would recomend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday.

It is not the first time in Turkey, but it is the first time we have encountered such a terrible hotel. It's labeled five stars. The price isn't the lowest, but it's totally out of line. Room reservation - Deluxe View on the sea, below please find photo "Luxury Sea View" - air conditioning system. Front door is stained, ketchup. Please note right at the time of check-in, when the room should be cleaned before guests arrive. On the second day of stay in the room, the decorative metal part of the door fell off, which almost injured the guest's head. The halls of the main building have dirty flooring with a distinctive smell of mildew. Shower - comes out water, the whole bathroom is in water, bathing is not possible normally. It's all in deplorable condition, rot, mold, construction quality is terrible, half the lighting doesn't work. No hygienic shower. The toilet is old, with a limestone plaque that doesn't clean even after routine room cleaning. The condition and equipment of the room is nothing like what a deluxe should be. The balcony in the room doesn't get away with the word at all, I note the presence of stains, I'm afraid to suggest what kind of contamination. (Photo attached). The area is untidy, no one washes. Fast food meals. I'm not seeing the promised range of fish menus. It's poorly cooked, it's quick, it's not good. Fruit isn't always fresh. Apricots in one with mildew, for example. Lunch at a bar-restaurant on the beach, menu QR code, which is not convenient for everyone. The state of the restaurant is sad. The plates are often unwashed, on the back the sauce remains and the butter. The dishes are half knocked down, with chips. Nature is wonderful, the sea is chic, the beach facilities are convenient.But please note that the beauty of nature is not a credit to the hotel. The spa isn't popular, half the services don't work. A decent gym. Nice coffee shop on the 0th floor. The hotel is not unduly overpriced. Distance from Bodrum is 30 minutes by car, the cost of a taxi is $200.Tour to neighbouring towns or iconic, historic places increases the cost by transfer (remote hotel).

After reading the reviews on here I was slightly apprehensive about our holiday but I needn’t have been, we had a lovely stay. We booked a quadruple room which is fine for a family of 4. When we checked in we were advised that we were in a newly refurbished room. I must admit that it wasn’t the most immaculate room we have stayed in, there were a couple of areas missed my the cleaners. The bedding and towels were clean and housekeeping came in every day. Food was varied and plentiful and drinks are branded. We really liked that at lunch we ordered from a menu rather than a buffet style. Food is also available at the beach at lunchtime. I agree with another review that there were not many British guests and that some members of staff did not understand much English but we did not see this as a problem. The staff were so friendly and helpful and if they did not understand us they would find someone that did, failing that we used Google translate on our phones. The evening entertainment was different to other hotels we have stayed at previously but as our children are older now we do not need shows in the evening to keep them entertained. There is a mini disco for kids every evening at 9pm which is usually followed by a singer. Baia’s biggest asset, apart from the lovely views, are their amazing staff. They are so friendly and just want to make sure you have a great holiday. A special thank you to Veysi, he was so helpful and always went above and beyond.

Visited this hotel for a week, came all the way from Dallas with my family and oh my! The hotel was beautiful, the view, the location, food, staff, rooms and service was just over the top and exceeded all my expectations. I really couldn’t get enough of this hotel and will definitely visit again next year. And I have to give my special thanks to Tunchan Ozdemir, the head chef. My daughter has celiac disease therefore, she needed a special meal service and no contamination with gluten. And Mr. Tunchan specifically provided her with the best gluten free meals, and payed attention even to the smallest detail. Her meals would be cooked in a separate place than everyone else’s, and plated in a beautiful way. She was really happy with her food, and as a parent I felt at peace knowing my daughter’s illness didn’t limit her from enjoying delicious turkish foods! Also, special thanks to Ms. Melike, she was so helpful, and got us everything we asked for. We are really grateful and happy that we got to meet someone amazing as her, thank you again Melike for your wonderful service! Again, I recommend this hotel to everyone planning to visit Bodrum!!!

Pictures don’t justify the beauty, exclusivity and elegance of this paradise. The staffs are extremely friendly, warm and attentive. The verity of the food is unbelievable. Not only extremely fresh, tasty but also super healthy. Tunchan Ozdemir, the kitchen executive Chef , had personally welcomed the guests and make sure everyone is taking care of. Couldn’t ask for more. The spa and staffs are amazing. I have extended my staying here. Highly recommended. 🥰😊

Is only a village location close by - couple of supermarkets and local shops - restaurants and cafes along seafront. Bodrum town is a short trip in the local bus which runs to the early hours of the morning and is cheap
